This 2 bedroom art-filled property features 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, 2 full baths, and amenities like AC for warm months, heated floors for cool months, a working fireplace, washer and dryer, wifi, and smart tvs. There is one private parking space accessible in the back of the house and ample street parking available in front.

This is our home, not a minimally appointed vacation rental. This means you’ll have everything you’ll need- extra linens, TVs in the LR and both bedrooms, Sonos sound system, books, films, records, and a fully equipped kitchen. If you enjoy cooking you will have everything you need, including a gas stove/range, GE microwave/ refrigerator/ dishwasher, and multi function Breville toaster oven/ air fryer.

Our front yard is a fully enclosed courtyard with a wraparound porch, to better enjoy New Mexico’s iconic sunsets every evening. There is also a fire pit and plenty of firewood available for use.

Our place is ideal if you are looking to explore everything Santa Fe has to offer but want to be out of the bustle at the end of the day. It also offers easy access to St Francis, which is a direct route north-south to the interstate.
