New Luxury Apartment in the apartment building 'Black Pearl' for rent in downtown Reykjavik.

Perfectly located in the center but still away from the noise. There are only 1-2 minutes’ walk to the harbor and the old town with gourmet restaurants, coffee houses, trendy bars and the main shopping street 'Laugavegur'. It is very close to excursions travel company which is perfect for going on wide range of day tours (whale watching, the golden circle etc.).

The apartment has a living room with sleepingsofa, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom. Spacious balcony facing south with view to the old town.

The apartment is bright with large windows in the living room and kitchen. It has luxurious new furniture in modern style.
The apartment have free Wi-fi, Smart-TV, hairdryer, ironing, dishwasher, washing machine, mikrowave etc.

Wonderful stay in a great location

The apartment is beautiful as pictured. It is located close to most of the best restaurants in Reykjavik. Helga is a wonderful host.

Great Apartment, Great Location

Apartment is just as advertised. Great location that is walking distance to old town area. Beautifully equipped with all you need for an extended stay. Helga was great to work with. Will not disappoint.

Incredible location

A home away from home

We absolutely loved this apartment! It suited our vacation needs perfectly. The location is in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the Harpa Concert Hall, and harbor attractions. The 4th floor modern apartment was secure, clean, and provided a home away from home feel. This was ideal as we explored Iceland with day-trip hikes and and a few overnight excursions. We definitely plan to stay here again for future Iceland visits. -Julia & Pete

Best shower in town

This was an excellent choice for our first travel to Reykjavík! The apartment was very clean, tidy, well-maintained and centrally located… My only suggestion is to inform guests that they need to push not pull the front door to access entry!

Super close to the harbor and downtown. Awesome deck to view the midnight sun. Check was flawless, as was check out. Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic stay in Reykjavik

This apartment was so fantastic for our needs! It was in great proximity to many of the sites in town, shopping, great restaurants. We definitely hope to return! It was very clean and cozy.

Above the rest! Great host and place.

I can't write enough good things about this place. I had been in Europe a few weeks on business-hotel to hotel. My GF joined me in Iceland for a music festival before we returned to the US. The apartment is amazing. The location is near everything. Helga, the owner, is a very cool owner. Only advicee: The lights are a bit confusing (launguage related) and do pay the parking meter if you rent a vehicle. However, all in all, an amazing country and apartment.

Incredible location! Very clean and quiet.

The landlord was fabulous about working with us about our extremely early arrival. Apartment was very secure, clean and quiet. The location is unbeatable for seeing the city on foot (wasted two days on rental car because it sat parked!)

Good central location

The location was perfect to get an overview of Iceland's capital. The apartment was clean and tidy and had most things you need. The only glitch was an issue with the WiFi which was taken care of. We liked having restaurants with in a short distance and it was also not far from the centre of shopping district. We took the Golden Circle Tour and again the apartment was close to the pick up point. The bed was comfortable. If we get back to Iceland for a longer stay we would chose this apartment.

The apartment is right in the middle of everything & was the best equipped place of our trip.

It was very clean, comfortable & Helga was helpful in guiding us to places to check out while in Reykjavik. We would definitely return to this property again!

Clean, updated, convenient to harbor, shopping, bus routes, tour pickups.

Recommend this apt. that was clean, comfortable and convenient. Although no front desk, Helga and cleaning person were available by phone. Only drawback for people arriving at 06:00 was afternoon check-in time because nowhere to store luggage or catch a nap after long flight & time change. Cleanliness and convenience is a plus (apt. is "around corner from Black Pearl Hotel entrance"- NOT IN Black Pearl hotel). Will definitely return but start rental 1 day earlier so as not to lose that first day of needed nap, followed by scoping out downtown, tour options, and overall vicinity.

Comfortable, cozy and close to Center city

This was a well-maintained, modernized apartment located close to everything in Reykjavik. Just a short walk to the famous Bill Clinton hot dog stand, too!!! Laundry facilities in the basement, trash chute just outside our door and kitchen stocked with all basic cooking equipment. One downside, being located close to the restaurants and bars, there were some nights with loud, raucous bar hoppers singing and shouting late into the night. Otherwise, a great option for lodging in Reykjavik.

Excellent apartment in a superb location!

The apartment was fantastic and Helga couldn’t have been nicer. She was super responsive and extremely accommodating. Our family spent a week here and loved every minute of it. There were dozens of restaurants to choose from within a few minute walk and the harbor is literally across the street. You can pick up boats there for whale watching and puffin tours. I highly recommend this rental.

Helga's apartment is very well situated in Old Town. There was plenty of space for the 2 of us, and it was fully equipped to meet our needs. She was very flexible about our early arrival. I have no hesitation about recommending it to others.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

It is new modern and luxury building with all you need for a pleasant holiday. There is big balcony with a view to the old town. There is only 2-5 minutes walk to all my favourite restaurant. 2 minutes walk to the harbour and whalewaching. There are cafes, museum in the same street. The Opera house in the next street 5 minutes to walk. My guest love staying here and are very happy when they leave.
