Please note: There is a strict cancellation policy for Holiday periods (Memorial Day and Labor long weekends, the week of July 4, Thanksgiving and Christmas - New year week) as well as the months of January, February, March and April. For these periods cancellations must be made in writing (either by e-mail or fax) a minimum of 60 days prior to the date of arrival. Cancellations within 60 days of the reservation arrival date for these Holiday periods and the months of January, February, March & April will receive no refund.
