A charming 3-bedroom executive cottage with a heated pool and air conditioned bedrooms. Located on a private 9-acre property with riverfront shoreline, our home is 30 minutes from the white sand beaches and trails of the North Shore National Park. Nearby are several world-class golf courses.

Perched on York Point Cove, this peaceful retreat is ideal for families and couples. Enjoy a river-view swimming pool, deck for BBQs, and private cove beach access just a 3-minute walk away. Beachcomb, birdwatch (look for Great Blue Herons, blue jays, and hummingbirds), or relax and take in the natural beauty.

The two-story family friendly home features expansive gardens and is accessed via a private, tree-lined lane. Inside, you'll find:
