People that have stayed in homes at the Hideout repeatedly tell us that this is the nicest house they've ever stayed in. Upon arriving to the property you'll note the double sized lot for your added privacy. You'll also immediately see that the front deck spans the entire length of the house with plenty of space to spread out, cook on the propane grill, or just hang out with your family and friends (please note that there is a security camera on the front of the home facing the driveway and front yard). Resist the urge to sit down as you've only just arrived and still have a lot to see. Let's walk in through the screened in porch, where you'll find a table with seating for 6 and a ceiling fan for your comfort. We usually find ourselves hanging out in here during a rain storm and enjoying the beautiful fresh air that accompanies less-than-perfect weather, and a fresh layer of water on the trees and ground. In this porch area you'll find the main entrance with a keyless entry lock (code will be provided 48 hours before arrival). Punch in your digits and welcome to The Woodview!

Take a moment when you open the door to take in the expansive open floor plan which flows seamlessly from the dining area, with seating for 8, to the living room with super high vaulted ceilings and a propane fireplace, to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, blender, toaster, just about everything you'll need to whip up a full family sized feast, and, there's also a counter bar with seating for 4, for those quick bite meals. Again, no pitstops as we still have a lot to see. Turn around from the kitchen and you'll see the dining area that has a beautiful country style table big enough for that Thanksgiving feast and seating for up to 8, comfortably. Let's slide over to the living room where you'll see a brand new sofa and love seat, as well as a propane fireplace for those chilly nights and cool mornings. Also in this space is a flat panel tv which boasts a smart blu-ray player with dozens of movies, as well as smart app access so you can stream your favorite Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, and YouTube shows. Simply log in with your own account credentials and pull up your familiar lists (just remember to log out before you leave). Binge time!

But wait, there's more....also on the main level is an oversized master bedroom with king sized bed and a large sitting area that could double as an area for your crib or playpen (not provided) or an inflatable mattress (provided in the master closet). The room also has a large flat panel TV, A/C and access to the en-suite master bathroom that has a full shower and tub. The master bath also has separate access from the kitchen to ensure privacy for those staying in the master suite.

Let's keep it moving, so get comfortable, kick off your shoes, and grab a glass of wine (or coffee/tea) and let's head upstairs.

Back through the kitchen, around the corner and through living room, let's head up a flight of stairs where you'll arrive to the loft area that has a fantastic birds eye view of the main living space, the dining area and great views of the trees outside through the signature shaped front windows. In the loft you'll also find a super comfortable foldout futon (not an oxymoron, it really is comfortable!) for sleeping or just hanging out away from the rest of the home. There's also a comfy chair and a few books for you to just hang. This area also has access to the 2nd full bathroom (shower and tub), and 2 additional oversized bedrooms, both with flat panel HD tv's, A/C's and queen sized beds. Each room also has full closets and dressers as well as windows overlooking the back of the home with nice views of the woods.

Ok, back down to the main level, check your glass as you pass the kitchen area to see if you need a refill, and then let's head down a flight of stairs to the lower level game room.

You've now entered the game zone, where you'll find a full sized pool table, ping pong table and foosball table...surely the site of many a heated match with your friends and family. Also in the lower level you'll find another comfy foldout futon and flat panel HD TV so you can watch the game while playing the game. This level will surely entertain you and your group for hours on end. Loser does the dishes (just kidding, there's a dishwasher)! Also in the lower level, you'll find access to the back yard and the laundry room where we provide detergent and dryer sheets if you choose to do some laundry.

Plenty of other little details that we won't mention here, but they'll surely lead to a more comfortable and complete home-like experience. And here's the bonus: As we mentioned, we're located in the award winning, 4 season Hideout Community which comes with added perks! The Community enhances your enjoyment by providing excellent entertainment, and a host of amenities like golf, swimming (pools and lakes ), row boats, paddle boats, kayaks, tennis and so much more. There's also daily activities for the kids, an art center, clubhouse with more games, a gym, indoor tennis courts, fitness classes, and so much more! There's also basketball courts, outdoor tennis, fishing....really, it's too much to list. A few of these amenities bear a small daily use fee, usually under $5. You will not be bored, unless that's your goal, then feel free to veg out and just relax, we won't judge, we're just here to provide whatever you need to have the best experience possible.

Bottom line is, you'll see other homes in this community, but none that have thought of all the little details that we offer. You'll enjoy your stay in every way any season of the year.

*****THINGS TO NOTE: Community run amenities such as the lakes, pool, rec center, mini-golf, etc are provided by The Hideout Owners Association (HOA). Hours, capacity, and closures are at the sole discretion of the HOA. The Woodview has no governing control over the provision of such amenities and can not guarantee their availability during your stay. In the event of amenity closures or restrictions, refunds will not be given. Additionally, once booked, you will be provided a copy of our standard rental agreement which must be completed within 48 hours of receipt unless otherwise discussed. Lastly, as per HOA regulations, we are not allowed more than 4 vehicles on property at any given time and street parking is not allowed.

****NEWLY ADDED LEVEL 2 ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGER. Compatible with all EV's with J1772 connector. Tesla owners should have/bring their own J1772 adapter (standard issue with all Tesla's).
