Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We wish we had known about these concerns during your stay, as we would have been happy to address the cleanliness issues right away to make your stay more enjoyable. While we unfortunately can't control interactions with neighboring guests or residents, we contacted the neighbor and addressed the situation as soon as we became aware of it. Had we known about the issue sooner, we would have taken action immediately. We take cleanliness very seriously and will be sharing your comments with our housekeeping team. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the furniture and will consider it as we continue making improvements and updates to the home. We genuinely appreciate you sharing your experience; feedback like yours helps us continue improving for future guests.
