Kindly be aware that Vita Tulum operates a septic treatment system; therefore, only toilet paper should be flushed. The rooftop pool is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily, offering breathtaking views. No diving is permitted, and we ask that you respect the tranquility of the area by using headphones when listening to music and keeping conversations at a low volume. For local transportation, please provide a three-hour advance notice for airport transfers.
