Please note that there is a detached ADU located on the property that is not included in your reservation or accessible to guests. The ADU may be occupied separately during your stay.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.

The driveway fits three cars, and there is free street parking nearby.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Unfortunately not - we are unable to accept pets at this property due to severe allergies.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

Self check-in is through a keyless entry system and your access codes are sent before arrival, so you can come and go on your own schedule. We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a residential neighbourhood and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



There is no pool or spa at the home. It has central air and heat, a private backyard deck and a covered front porch, plus a shared EV charger.



Please note that there is a detached ADU on the property that is not included in your reservation and is not accessible to guests. It may be occupied separately during your stay.

NON-SMOKING POLICY: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or on the premises, including the garden and outdoor areas. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the street, away from the house.
