We’re absolutely thrilled to host you and have designed this space with comfort, warmth, and convenience in mind. We want you to feel right at home, so settle in, relax, and enjoy every little detail we`ve prepared for you.

Entry & Parking
You’ll enter through the back, where parking is available for three cars. Please pull into the driveway and continue down to the larger parking area, parking diagonally close to the home in front of the middle shed. We also have a carriage home on the property, so we truly appreciate your thoughtfulness when parking.

First Impressions – The Four Seasons Room
Step inside through our enclosed four seasons room, where you’ll find coat hooks on the left. We kindly ask that you remove your shoes and leave them in this space before entering—it helps keep the home cozy and fresh for everyone!

The Kitchen – A Chef’s Delight
We’ve stocked the kitchen with everything you need to make your stay extra special, just like home!
☕ Coffee Bar – Enjoy a selection of coffee pods and flavors, plus a traditional coffee pot if you prefer.
🍳 Cooking Essentials – Pots, pans, a mixer, a blender for smoothie lovers, plus spices, seasonings, and olive oil for your culinary needs.
We kindly ask that you take care of the appliances so the next guest can enjoy them just as much as you!

Living & Dining Spaces
🚪 From the kitchen, you’ll find a half bath to the right and stairs leading to the basement, where the washer & dryer are available for your convenience.
🚪 Walking straight leads to the front entrance, where you can unwind on the cozy patio furniture.
🛋️ To the right, step into the living room, featuring plush seating and a 55-inch Smart TV loaded with all your favorite apps.
🍽️ Adjacent is the dining room, perfect for shared meals or a fun game night! I’ve also left a selection of books throughout the home and some of my personal favorites that I hope you’ll enjoy.

Upstairs – Bedrooms & Bath
At the top of the stairs, the linen closet is stocked with fresh towels, an ironing board, iron, clothing steamer, and laundry basket for your convenience.

🛏️ Bedroom 1 – Cozy full-size daybed with a trundle underneath.
🛏️ Bedroom 2 (Middle Room) – Spacious King-size bed, comfy seating area, Smart TV, luggage racks, and a small fan for those who love white noise while sleeping.
🛏️ Bedroom 3 (Dual Office & Reading Nook) – Full-size bed, 55-inch Smart TV, and a remote-controlled ceiling fan/light. The remote is attached to the wall, press the top button for the light and the middle lower button for the fan.

🛁 Bathroom – Step into our bathroom retreat & take a relaxing bath or shower. You`ll find towels, two cozy robes (because one just isn’t enough), and a blow dryer await to keep you looking fabulous. We’ve stocked the essentials...shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a few extra toiletries because forgetting your toothpaste shouldn’t ruin your day. Every little detail has been thoughtfully curated to make your stay as effortless and luxurious as possible. Now, go ahead & pamper yourself!.

We`re excited to host you in our home! For your convenience, you`ll have keyless entry for an easy check-in experience. Parking is located behind the home, with space for three cars. When you pull into the driveway, continue down until it opens into a larger lot. Please park diagonally close to the home, right in front of the middle shed. There is also a carriage home on the property that guests may be staying in, so we appreciate your thoughtfulness in parking. Enjoy your stay!

I`m genuinely so happy you’ll be staying here, I want you to feel as comfortable as if you were visiting a friend. This home is yours to enjoy during your time in Grove city: curl up on the sofa, share a meal or game around the table, or end the night by binging one of your favorite series cuddled up in the comfy beds.
