Well Equipped and Comfortable Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the Bailey Property staff were all super helpful. The main living space and backyard/patio are the highlights of this house. The bathrooms are very small and out dated and the wall texture is quite odd but if you can overlook this (which we did!) this place is a great family home for a vacation.

Perfect Stay

This spot was perfect for our large group vacation! We had plenty of space and the house was very well stocked with many cooking utensils, blankets, and laundry/dish soaps. Our family really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it/come back again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was huge - outside - great hang out spot - close to ocean - short drive to boardwalk. House has AC (rental website said heat only - but AC was perfect). No complaints at all - stove was hard to figure out - but only because it was more modern than my old gas stove. rooms/beds were great - Walk in shower a bit small but made it work - other shower perfect. Honestly zero issues... would stay there again!

Long Weekend Stay in Santa Cruz

This property is conveniently located in Santa Cruz and is within walking distance to a coffee shop and other necessities. Our party had 5 adults and kids under 3. We stayed Thursday to Monday for a wedding. The home and backyard are very welcoming and accommodated wild kids and several adults with ease.

Great vacation

This house was a great stay for our visit to Santa Cruz. The location was awesome and convenient, parking was easy, and the bummer of beds accommodated our large group. We especially enjoyed the backyard area.

Great House for Multiple Families

Enough bedrooms so that the kids could bunk with their friends. Open floor plan allowed for everyone to hang out together. Backyard was great with a lot of seating and a grill. This home has lovely indoor and outdoor spaces for family members to gather and we enjoyed our time there while attending a family wedding. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean and well-kept.A couple of things to note 1. There are only 2 bathrooms and one of them is ensuite, accessible only through one of the bedrooms.2. The kitchen was overstocked with appliances, cookware, etc, leaving no available cabinet space to store food. When we stored food on one of the counters, we quickly discovered ants and moved the food to the kitchen table, where we didn't have that issue.The location is great - away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk area, yet close to West Cliff Drive for beautiful ocean side walks, beaches for swimming, state parks for hiking and biking.

Nice Location

ProsSpacious living and kitchen areasGreat roomy backyardSleeping areas were comfortableWell stocked kitchenConsWindows not across from one another making it hard to get a breeze in and no ceiling fans. We were only given 4 rolls of toilet paper. There was 10 adults there for 5 days. Indoor garbage can was way to small and extremely hard to put the liners in. Ice maker was broken. Only had 2 small ice cube trays.

Great House

perfect family getaway!!!!

This gorgeous home was perfect for our family vacation. We have three sons who have not seen one another in 4 years ,the oldest now lives in another state and finally was able to come visit , it was wonderful having them all together again and our grandkids of course . Wonderful open floor plan to see everything going on perfect for entertaining! Thank you so much we really enjoyed our stay!

Nice and roomy

The home is quite nice and roomy. The heat was running a program that was set to uncomfortably cold settings. The furniture and bedding took a day and a half to acclimate to our preferences. The floors were ice cold. The outdoor courtyard was beautiful.

Perfect Location

This was an overall very good stay. The location is perfect - a quiet neighborhood but still walkable to the pier, the beach, and a number of restaurants, coffee shops, tasting rooms, and breweries. The kitchen is very well stocked with a great layout for making family meals together. The backyard was a great place for spending time, too. There were a few detractors that aren't deal breakers, but make this a less than five star stay. While the kitchen was well stocked with equipment, nothing else was. This was the only homeshare I've ever stayed that didn't have shower basics. Also, for a beach house, there wasn't any beach equipment. Luckily, a few in our party drove in and were able to bring beach chairs and towels to share, but if everyone had flown we would have been out of luck. We also had to restock the toilet paper ourselves during a short weekend stay. Finally, there were ants, not only in the kitchen, but in the bathrooms and bedrooms. The property managers clearly have notice of this since it's in multiple reviews, but haven't don't anything about it. Check in was fine, but you do have to call to check in and out and I sat on hold a bit waiting for the check in code.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family booked this property 1 yr. in advance for our daughters graduation from UCSC. The reviews do not do it justice AT ALL!! From the moment we started working with Bailey Property Management we were 100% taken care of! Their communication between us and the owner was seamless, and they even were willing to work with us on getting a full refund if we needed it (Our daughter changed her mind on attending graduation weeks before we were slated to check in!!)She of course, as most parents will understand, changed her mind again and we kept our everything as planned. Bailey Property Management understood the Life Happens and completely understood our situation, offering a full refund if needed. Amazing!!!!! The property is larger than the pictures depict. Our whole family stayed comfortably and thoroughly enjoyed the indoor/outdoor living with an amazing backyard! We walked everywhere from the house (grocery/restaurants/ocean) it's the perfect location in Santa Cruz! Be sure to bring extra TP & paper towels (as they only provide 1 roll). I'd say that would be the biggest feedback; For the price of the stay, i'd expect to not have to supply our own paper products. We will stay here again!!!! Fantastic

I came in the house from family room. I couldn’t get into either bathrooms. We had a toilet that we could bring with us. (It folded) We had a whole time. Our family came for a barbecue one night.

Good location, few unexpected issues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally clean house and very nice and roomy back yard patio with ALOT of seating. We did experience a decent ant issue in the house. At first we would spot them mainly in the bathrooms but a few popped up in the beds. One of our kids dropped some cotton candy in her suitcase so that turned into a pretty big issue. There was no soap or personal amenities as we typically see with vacation rentals but that could have been stated in the details and we just missed it. The kitchen and living room were large and very open. There was no beach items at the house or beach towels but I believe that was mentioned in the house rental details. The location was great and a short drive to the Boardwalk and West Cliff area. The West side is developing quite a bit and there are several small restaurants and brewery's PLUS a new Marianne's ice cream location within walking distance. It was a decent house for a short trip.
