Enjoy 5 Acres of Privacy and fun!

Rancho Tres Agaves is a gorgeous private home on 5 acres. Your own piece of paradise! Relax next to the beautiful pool, spa, and bar area. Plenty of room for everyone. Perfect space for weddings, birthdays, family gatherings, and large groups. (Additional event fees apply to all events.) We provide a children's playground to entertain.

THE SPACE:
Three of the bedrooms are on the west side of the house.

Bedroom #1 has 2 Queen beds and 1 twin sofa beds. There is a 1 queen trifold bed and 1 twin trifold bed that is located in the closet.

Bedroom #2 has 2 Full beds and 1 twin sofa bed.

Bedroom #1 & 2 share a Jack and Jill bathroom.

Bedroom #3 has 2 Queen beds and 2 full size futons with it's own closet.

Master suite is located on the East side with a Cal King sleeps 2 with its own master suite bath and shower.

The Den has 2 Full beds and 1 twin size bed.

We also provide 1 twin sofa which is located in the living room.

With over 3,000 sq ft of space, there is room for everyone to enjoy.


GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to everything but the ranch area where stables and rodeo are located. We have plenty of parking for guest in the rear of house as well as garage parking. We also have an electric car charging station. We have 2 RV parking spots available with an additional fee.

Caretakers do live in the mobile homes on site. You still have full privacy and will not be bothered. Caretakers will not interrupt any of your late night parties or activities. Feel free to enjoy your stay.


GUEST INTERACTION:
To respect your privacy we will not bother you after check-in. Unless you need us for anything you can call us.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What time is check in and check out?
-Check in is at 3pm and check out is no later than 11am. If you would like an early check in our late check out please contact the property manager to see if those options are available for additional fees.

Will I need to meet the property manager to get a key?
-Rancho Tres Agaves has keyless locks. We will send directions and check in instructions prior to your stay.

Can we have the pool heated?
-Yes, there is additional fee for $200 per night.

Do you allow pets?
-Yes we do allow pets for an additional fee of $150 per pet.

Can I ship a package to my vacation home?
-We do not recommend shipping to the home however, if you really need to just let us know in advance so we can keep an eye on it.

Do you have RV parking available?
-Yes we have 2 RV parking spots available with an additional fee.
