This Condo is totally private, single story with three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the heart of Tempe. The condo was built in 1986 in a new well established family neighborhood and has been owner occupied. It has hardwood floors, carpeting, tile, paint and neutral colors. It also has a newer refrigerator, washer and dryer along with a dishwasher, and microwave oven. There is 1100 square feet of living space with a fireplace in the living room and central air conditioning throughout. The tile floors in the entry, kitchen, pantry, and both bathrooms are color coordinated with the carpeting in the bedrooms.
There is a private patio with a storage cabinet for your convenience. The grounds and the gated pool are well maintained. It is located close to the 101 freeway, ASU, and Tempe activities. The condo is also equipped with cable.

Nice condo with beautiful pool

This condo was very nice with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There were lots of supplies. The pool was beautiful and very clean with a wonderful hot tub! Hardly anyone went down to the pool ,so we had it to ourselves a lot ! Jacalyn was great! She was very helpful and considerate and flexible!

Location, location, location!

My spouse and I loved our stay in Tempe at this address. It was the perfect location for our needs and we were very comfortable with the property. The exterior of the building was freshly painted during our stay and it looks marvellous. The condo was spacious and was well-stocked with bedding. towels, dishes, everything we needed, and communication with the owners was clear and concise. We also enjoyed sitting by the beautiful pool and shopping at Tempe Marketplace. We will be back!

Disappointed

The property was nest and tidy, but it should be removed from the site until the cochroach infestation is dealt with. We were very disappointed to find cochroaches in the cupboards on our first night and spent the rest of the stay trying to kill them, cleaning everything prior to cooking as well as after cooking and preventing them from entering our belongings.

Our stay at the Arizona condo

Nice home, well stocked with cookware, dishes, linens and towels. We only rent units with pools and hot tubs and we know we pay more because of that. The hot tub here was not clean. We spoke with the owner, she spoke with complex mgr. She said the mgr. would take care of the hot tub and notify us when clean. No one ever contacted us so we only used the hot tub 2 nights out of our 29 night stay. So we do not feel we got our money's worth from this rental.

Overall I'll give this property an "ok"rating. Location was as expected, easy access to freeways and central. Owner is very pleasant but communication is by phone only which is not my preference. The condo could use a deep clean and some maintenance. Dishwasher is nearing the end of its lifecycle and the couch is rather firm. They are treating for cockroaches on a regular basis but there were still a few seen in the kitchen area. It would be nice to have the main TV one that could stream Netflix or YouTube. The condo property is well kept, quiet and the other tenants are pleasant.

Perfect accommodation for our needs! The description was fairly accurate. Joan and Jacalyn were very kind and responsive. The kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked; kitchen cupboards had lots of kitchenware and towels! The bedrooms were clean, spacious and cozy. The improvement Iā€™d suggest is to have a book or binder with all the detailed rules, WiFi info, parking details, check-out instructions, etc That way, it would be clear and easy reference for all the guests in the house.. Place could use some TLC-a bit dingy. TVā€™s are old and came with multiple remotes and no explanation on how to use them. Great location, near to ASU and plenty of dining options. QT across the road, Safeway and Target near by.

Das Appartement ist nahe vom Flugplatz und auch in der NƤhe der UNI (ASU) gelegen. Es ist ruhig und konfortabel. Wir genossen auch den pool, denn bereits im FrĆ¼hling herrschen in Phoenix sehr heisse Temperaturen. Da die NƤchte noch unter 20 Grad fielen, war auch der geheizte Whirlpool abends sehr willkommen. Um die Ecke befinden sich ein ordentliches american-frĆ¼hstĆ¼ck und ein donuts-laden. Uns hat der Aufenthalt hier sehr gefallen.

Nice quiet location, wonderful owners!

Nice quiet location, wonderful owners! I was vacationing with my husband and 91-year-old mother-in-law. This property was perfect for us. The kitchen was well equipped, the place was clean, and quiet! The owners were so accommodating they allowed me to get into the property a little early and leave a little late. That was so VERY appreciated when traveling with an elderly person. They made me feel like part of their family. I would definitely stay here again. THANK YOU for being so kind and accommodating!!

Quiet place in a great location

Very nice condo in an excellent location. We were able to bike almost every day. There are great bike trails all over. Some of the best we've been on. The condo was exactly as described and pictured in VRBO. It was clean, well stocked and in very nice condition. The three bedrooms were great, even though the two of us only needed the one master with very comfortable bed & bedding. The washer & dryer were excellent high end machines that were a major bonus. And the two bathrooms with shower & tub were very good. Another great feature was the pool & hot tub. The pool wasn't heated, but the hot tub was much appreciated after a day of biking 20 miles. It was also nice to sit in lounge chairs later in the afternoon by the pool, in the warm sunshine & watching the beautiful sunsets. Residents were friendly and nice. We met many walking pets. There were many homeless around, but none in the area of this condo. There was so much to see and do around this area. We will definitely return. The property hosts were extremely helpful and easy to get a hold of with just a phone call, email or text. We are very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone else.

A Great Place!

This (3) bedroom condo was perfect for (3) active seniors playing in a national baseball tournament every year in October. Conveniently located a couple of blocks just off a major freeway made attending our games in any direction very easy. Joan & her sister Jackelyn are VERY concerned about your comfort, their hosting responsibilities and seriously, they go the extra mile for you to accommodate your stay and make it seem like you are in your own home. A VERY enjoyable stay and would recommend this condo rental to anyone, especially one like myself, that does NOT like any negative surprises when traveling!
