Apartment Kandus B - Garden with Beautiful Views, Free Parking

Apartment in a house in Piran with a large garden and an amazing view. Only a 5-minute walk to the city center, the beach, the supermarket, and the nearest bus stop.

One parking space is available for free in front of the house.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom with a single bed, a small kitchen, and a bathroom. They are all connected by a hallway.
The apartment has its own private entrance (wooden door) and also a glass door from the main bedroom. This glass door opens to the covered terrace outside that faces the garden. The bigger bedroom has a view the garden and the sea.

On the terrace is your dining table, you also get another table in the garden. Both of these tables are reserved just for the guests of this apartment.

The rooms have hardwood floors and all the windows have shutters and curtains.
There are two air conditioning/heating units in the apartment (you can set the temperature with the remote control), as well as radiators in every room (we have central heating).

The bed sizes are queen (160x200cm) and single (90x200cm).

The kitchen has a fridge, stove with two gas burners, sink, an electric water kettle, toaster, and a small dining table.
There is no oven and no microwave.
The kitchen cabinets are equipped with pots and pans, mugs, glasses, plates, silverware, as well as some cooking essentials (salt, sugar, black pepper, etc.).

The bathroom has a sink, toilet, bathtub with a handheld showerhead, a bidet, a large mirror, radiator, and an infra lamp.
The toilet, bidet, cabinets, faucets and floors in the bathroom have been replaced in 2022.
The bathroom also has a new washing machine.

Fresh towels and bedding (fitted sheets, pillowcases, duvet cover) are provided, as well as toilet paper and paper towels, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, and soap.
There are extra blankets and pillows in the closets.

There is a brand new 24-inch HD TV in the main bedroom with 200+ channels, including HBO. These are mostly English-language channels, as well as many German and some French and Italian-language ones.

The apartment is regularly cleaned with Hyla deep-cleaning system.

The whole garden is available for guests to use but it is shared with the guests of the other apartments on the property and the owner of the house.
There can be other dogs in the garden because all three apartments are pet-friendly.
Outdoor furniture is not shared.

Your parking spot is in front of the house.
The parking space is a bit narrow and there are grapevines growing above it, so, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate parking for very tall vans and sleeper vans.
If you are not sure if your car would fit, it is best to send a message before booking with your car's dimensions.

IMPORTANT:
The Piran city tourist tax is not yet included in the price.
The tax has to be collected by all hotels and private apartments at check-in in cash, the price is 3,13€ per adult person per night, 1.56€ for children age 7-17, nothing for children under 7. This tax is already mentioned in the pricing information.
When you send a booking request please confirm in your message that you saw that this tax has to be paid in addition.

EXTRA SPACE
If you would like more space you can ask to add the extra room.
This room is 12 square meters and is connected to the apartment. It has a pull-out couch that can be made into a 140x200 cm bed with a memory foam mattress topper.
The room has a table that can seat 3 people, a dresser, and a wardrobe. It has a glass door overlooking the garden and with a view of the sea, the doors open up to your part of the terrace.
Even with the extra room, the apartment still has a 3-person limit, unless the 4th person is a small child.
