Fully appointed kitchen includes ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Other features include ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

As you enter, you'll notice a dedicated work station thoughtfully provided by the owner. Equipped with ample desk space and connections for your laptop, it's the perfect spot to settle in and tackle your tasks. What sets it apart is the inclusion of three monitors, allowing you to spread out your work and enhance productivity with multiple screens at your disposal.

For added safety and peace of mind, the owner has installed protective netting around the balcony, ensuring a secure environment for relaxation or enjoying the urban view. Whether you're unwinding with a cup of coffee in the morning or stargazing in the evening, you can do so with confidence.

Great stay - BYO wine glassws

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is great, very well decorated and perfect location on property. Having small children, I especially loved that there was safety mesh on balcony railing. I thought the kitchen was well-stocked, however, if you are a wine drinker, there was a single wine glass.

2023 vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As usual the stay at sea chase was absolutely fantastic. The only complaint I have is I think you need more cleaning supplies for kitchen and more than two trash bags. And the the two sofas need a professional cleaning they are stained very bad. Other than that it's always great there. The staff is extremely helpful. I will not go anywhere else.

Awesome Beach Vacation

This property is fantastic. This is our second time renting and will continue to be our go to spot when in orange beach! It’s the little things that make a difference. The space, cleanliness and convenience of everything in the kitchen made this place feel like our home away from home! Can’t wait to be back.
