We are so pleased when guests love the design work and accommodations we have provided. We are so sorry if some items may have been difficult to find or seemed difficult to use. We aim to ensure that your concerns are being heard just as our immediate responses were during your stay. Your feedback certainly helps informs us on what we could be doing better, so thank you! We provide plenty of laundry detergent (perhaps the organic Dropps pods were something you were not familiar with as they are in a recyclable cardboard box below the washer). We could make that more clear in our guide. Our coffee maker isn't your typical model (it's a dispenser version) so we will ensure our guide has clear instructions on proper use to avoid any leaks. We stock two wine openers- our apologies if the multipurpose beer/wine corkscrew was not to your satisfaction. Additionally, we purposely stock BPA free Tritan plastic wine glasses to ensure they do not break poolside and are safe to bring to the beach. We also provide several non-stick options for cooking inside and outside including a double burner non-stick griddle for the induction cooktop. There is also a ceramic, non-stick electric double griddle and a separate non-stick griddle for use on the grill. Perhaps these were missed directly below the cooktop. We enjoy cooking at the home ourselves so try to stock it with any and everything one might need (we have even cooked several Thanksgiving meals there!). We're conscious that bicycles and salt air are a tough combination. While we would love to replace them every summer, we struggle with how wasteful that would be (also anyone who has been to the island knows that nearly all the bikes out there are rusty!) We do ensure the bikes are all in proper working order for each stay and direct guests who may need extra air to visit the nearby fire house for an easy fill. We are happy to report that we now stock muffin tins and have replaced that pesky salt and pepper grinder. We had noted you mentioned the blender was too noisy for your liking, but have yet to find a blender marketed as quiet. Our goal remains to make things easy for our guests and we're glad they were addressed as soon as you notified us about them. Thank you again for your invaluable feedback.
