Cute Luxurious Beach house in Trendy Belmont Shore!! Short WALK to BEACH !

Our house is a Spanish Colonial -bungalow dating back to 1927! It is fully renovated with hardwood floors throughout, granite counter tops, and freshly painted bedrooms in Feb 2024. We have one bdrm with a CalKing sized bed, and one bedroom that has a Queen sized bed. The bathroom has a rain shower, tub, toilet and sink. The kitchen is nicely done with granite counter tops, a gas range, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer, washer and dryer. The living-room is cozy and is decorated in blue and white - perfect beach house colors. The dining room has a table and six chairs. The front porch has a chair for enjoying a nice summer night! The front yard has a grassed lawn, cypress and palm trees, rose bushes, and other beautiful flowers. The back yard has a gas BBQ. The back yard is fenced with a gate. Over the garage we have another rental apt that will be occupied by either ourselves or another professional couple. Parking is available on the street. Security deposit is $600 cash or via credit card (refundable) and $140 final cleaning to be taken from that at end of stay. Standard rental contract to be signed. No shoes, no pets, allergy-free house.
