Plenty to do for the whole family! Large waterfront lot on main lake with beautiful lake views and oversized boat dock with rubber bumpers. You can fish and swim safely off the oversized dock. Take in the beautiful sunset over the lake while enjoying the fire pit. Use of canoe and kayak is included - life jackets are provided, and it is mandatory to wear them when using the kayak or canoe.

This 5 bedroom and 3 bath home is located on the edge of Main Lake in desirable Buckhead subdivision - less than 10 minutes off exit 4 I85. Convenient use of the neighborhood boat ramp only a few doors down. Just a short boat trip to Holly Grove Marina for boat rental, gas, bait and groceries. Enjoy the main lake views and safety of swimming right off the boat dock!

Outdoor seating is provided around the firepit, as well as on the large main level deck.

Main level great room has vaulted ceilings, stone fireplace, large sofa, chairs, coffee table, TV, and a lakeside wall of glass to enjoy the gorgeous views of the lake. Also in the main level great room is the dining table that seats 8 & is adjacent to kitchen bar with four barstools.

There is a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator in the main level kitchen. The kitchen on the main level also has a coffee maker, toaster, blender, pantry and is well stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, pots and pans, and kitchen utensils.

Very large main level deck with lakeview, large gas grill, patio table and chairs, and electric awning that covers the full length of the deck. Propane for gas grill on main level deck is included. Toddler picnic table is also on the deck for the little kids.

Lower level has pool table, barstools, large king sleeper sofa, two chairs, TV and sliding glass door that walks out to large lakeview wood patio with outdoor furniture provided to relax with morning coffee or watch the kids swim down at the boat dock. Awesome lakeview from lower level wood patio; also the perfect place for roasting marsh-mellows over the fire pit in the evening moonlight. There is a washer, dryer and refrigerator in the laundry room on the lower level.

Lower level concrete side patio has small table and chairs to enjoy an afternoon beverage while you watch the kids climb around and go down the slide in the kid's play area.

House is child friendly and includes toys, use of board games, chess/checkers table and lending library.

Internet Broadband and WIFI Included!

Canoe and kayak available to use. Paddles included. Life Jackets are included.

Note: It's recommended to bring your own portable chairs to use on the boat dock. If you move my chairs down to the boat dock, then please be sure to secure them while they are down there and bring them back up when you are done. You will be charged $40 for every chair that is lost or damaged. If chairs are left at the boat dock, then you will be charged a $40 fee for the cleaning crew to move them back up. Thanks for your help with this item.

Check in is 4pm. Check out is 10am. Cleaning crew comes at 10:30am.
