Enjoy our home with panoramic view of widest part of lake. You can relax either on the huge bilevel main deck behind house or on the roof deck of boat dock. We have 2 community boat ramps, as well as a pool, a playground, additional day slips for boat docking, and a club house within walking distance at the Wildwood community area (free for renters).

Our home is set up to accommodate families. It is designed for 6 adults and the rest kids. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor. The master bedroom has a king bed and large sitting area in front of windows with view of lake, and the master bath has a soaking tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, and there are 2 twins in 3rd BR.

The bottom floor has a queen in one BR and 2 twin beds in another BR (perfect for kids). There is a large game room on the bottom floor with fun bamboo tiki bar, table tennis, foosball, and a game table. Also on the bottom floor is a large media room with 58 inch flat screen smart HDTV. The house is ideally set up for 2 or 3 adult couples and the rest kids but no more than 10 total persons at any time.

Sandy beach area with 4 kayaks and 3 paddleboards provided. Make family memories while paddling, boating, wakeboarding, skiing, and swimming in the lake right behind the house. See incredible sunsets while grilling out.

We can accommodate 1 boat in covered boathouse and tie off to cleats, no boat lift.
Only 1 boat allowed - this includes jet skis. The covered boat slip is 9 feet wide and 23 feet long . No large boats.
We share a double boathouse with our neighbor and our half is the left hand side with private boat slip and upper deck.
We do not allow jumping off of top of dock for safety reasons.

Great central location on lake just around Wildwood Point from Lizard Creek. Near Goat Island (must do boat stop), Pea Hill Creek, Stonehouse Creek, and the Eaton Ferry Bridge.

Located in northeast quadrant so area conveniences within 1 mile include Food Lion, gas station, pharmacy, movie rental, restaurants, Ace Hardware, Dollar Store, NAPA auto, boat store, ABC, and drive through ice vending machine. There is a new jet ski rental business at entrance to neighborhood.

Nearby are churches, a plant nursery, golf course, mini golf, Farmers Market, and flea market. Our house is a good base for a visit to Rosemont of Virginia Vineyards and Winery.

The house is directly across the lake from Stonehouse Timber Lodge Marina with ethanol free gas, boat rentals, and bait. It is a short boat or car ride to the Pointe Restaurant and Morningstar marina with docking, gazebo, boat rentals, and live music and the Waterview Restaurant (both with docking facilities).

The house has monday garbage pick-up with 2 trash bins. We also have spectrum cable bundle high speed wifi, tv, and landline phone. We have county water supply, so no smelly well water.

We are consistently upgrading and adding features. This year we are renovating the kitchen to add new cabinets, ice maker, wine cooler, granite and gas stove for gourmet cooking.

The house has a joyful feeling of being in the country away from it all with all the conveniences and luxuries of modern living: wifi, trash pickup, city water, cable tv, community pool (in season Memorial to Labor Day).

We are renting on a weekly basis during the summer. Check in time is 1600.
Dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 per dog. Please provide details about dog(s) to owners.
2 dog limit unless alternate arrangement made with owners. No cats please.
Dogs must have up to date vaccinations and current flea treatments and be acceptable to us the owners and renters must clean up after their dog.

This is our second home and we have set it up nicely. We are looking for renters who will treat this like their own home and take care of it; we in turn will provide the opportunity for a great wholesome family lake experience. This is not a fishing cabin or a fraternity type house or party type house. There is no parking on upper lawn due to septic drain field.
Due to neighbors there should be no loud outdoor noise after 10 pm.

When inquiring about a rental please provide information about intention to bring a dog (1 or 2) and descriptions, and boat type and size of boat, and number of adults and children.

Please do not exceed maximum occupancy which is 10, number of dogs, and number of boats. If this occurs renters are subject to immediate termination of the stay.
