"SALTY TAILS & GULF SWELLS” is the name we came up with for this amazing unit! "SALTY TAILS & GULF SWELLS” is located on the 1st floor allowing for easy access to the complex amenities and the beach without the need for an elevator (an elevator is available).

Pet Friendly- One pet is included with a reservation. A 2nd pet can be added upon request for an additional $100 pet fee. Make sure you notify us to let us know that you will be bringing a 2nd pet so we can adjust the pricing after the reservation is made. Anyone bringing a pet must adhere to the following rules:
• One pet is included, one additional pet can be added for a $100 plus tax pet fee.
• No aggressive pets are allowed
• Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the unit.
• Gulf Shores does not allow pets on the beach.

"SALTY TAILS & GULF SWELLS” is a charming newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo that comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. This inviting condo is ideally suited for small families or groups looking to enjoy a beachfront stay with all the comforts of home.

The Primary suite in "SALTY TAILS & GULF SWELLS” offers a serene retreat, featuring a plush King bed with built in side tables and a private en-suite bathroom complete with a garden tub and separate walk-in shower. This suite provides a perfect blend of comfort and luxury for a relaxing stay.

The second bedroom is equipped with a cozy Queen bed with built in side tables ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. Both bedrooms are outfitted with Smart flat-screen TVs that are wall mounted, catering to individual entertainment needs.

The heart of the condo is the fully equipped kitchen, boasting solid wood cabinets with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a tiled backsplash. Whether preparing a quick snack or a full meal, the kitchen is ready to meet all your culinary needs.

The living room includes a leather sleeper sofa expanding the sleeping arrangements, 2 leather rocker recliners, wall mounted Smart TV and provides a comfortable space for relaxation and socializing. Another highlight of "SALTY TAILS & GULF SWELLS” is the East side corner balcony overlooking the Gulf! The balcony has a polywood dining set with seating for 4 and 2 polywood adirondack chairs offering spectacular views and a tranquil setting to enjoy the Gulf's beauty.

Perfect for couples, families, snowbirds, or remote workers wanting beachfront bliss with all the comforts of home.

Gulf Shores is a family-friendly town on the Gulf of Mexico, known for its beautiful white sand beaches, warm climate, and abundant outdoor recreational activities. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater and the Hangout.

Please Note:
1. check-in is 4pm | check-out is 10am.
2. no smoking or vaping in the condo! Smoking is only allowed on the unit balcony and in designated smoking areas throughout the complex

Located 1.3 miles west of the busy Gulf Shores public beach area, this condo is in the perfect location for accessing lots of dining options, attractions, shopping and other fun things to do.

This unit is owned and operated by Terrys Vacation Rentals! Terrys Vacation rentals focuses on offering 5 star properties for family vacations! We enjoy hosting families while they are on vacation making memories that will last a lifetime! Terrys vacation rentals operates several units in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach Alabama.

I have several units in this building, and several other units nearby, so if you are traveling with friends and family and need more than one unit for the same dates contact me and we can work to make that happen.

Other things to note:
1. Guests will receive an email after the reservation is made to esign the rental agreement and provide a guest list. When completing the rental agreement a copy of the primary renters drivers license must be uploaded to the rental agreement. Check in instructions and door codes will not be provided until this has been completed. Reservations may be canceled, at our discretion, if this is not completed within 24 hours.

2. A security deposit hold will be placed on your card three days prior to arrival. Check-in instructions will not be sent until the hold is successfully placed 3 days before check in. Security deposit hold amount is different for each property but the amount will be listed on the checkout page.

3. We offer a contactless check in. The door code and check in instructions will be emailed to you 3 days before arrival as long as all required information has been provided.

4. Minimum age of the primary renter is 25 years old. No 3rd party bookings allowed!

Our goal is to provide a 5-star property for all of our guests! If you need anything during your stay with us or if you have any questions we can help with feel free to reach out, I am happy to help!

1 parking pass is included with your reservation. 1 additional parking pass can be purchased upon request. Please notify me before arrival if you need a 2nd parking pass so the cleaner can leave it there while she is there.

Per industry standard we supply a starter set that includes one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of hand soap in each bathroom, 1 dish washer tablet, one trash bag in each can, and 1 laundry detergent tablet is provided. This is intended to get you by until you get to the store to buy the supplies you need.
