Hibiscus Resort Unit I-201 is a Remodeled 2nd floor condo which features a large living area, dining room and fully equipped kitchen and a private balcony. The master bedroom features an on-suite bath with a walk in shower. The master has a queen bed and a comfy reading chair as well as a flat screen television for your enjoyment!

The guest bedroom features a queen bed with a flat screen television. The guest bath has a tub and shower combo located just outside the bedroom.

The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and a 42′ HDTV. Enjoy watching your favorite channels in High Definition.
Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar or on your covered private balcony.

The fully equipped kitchen has expansive counter tops and provides all of your basic kitchen essentials for preparing your favorite dishes! Kitchen also has a dishwasher, garbage disposal and a over the range microwave.

This unit also offers free wireless internet!

Hibiscus Unit I-201 sits among the lushly landscaped resort. This tranquil resort offers 3 outdoor pools, 2 hot tubs, a fitness center, a tennis court and numerous outdoor gas grills.

Hibiscus I-201 Unit

Our stay was wonderful, our unit was very nicely decorated, clean, everything worked (plumbing, lights etc.). Check in was super easy with the keypad lock access. It is conveniently located to grocery store, restaurants, shops and the beach. For us personally we would stay closer to the beach on the property just because of having kids and lots to take to the beach however, the unit was remarkable no complaints at all. Really enjoyed this quick vacay to wrap up our summer.

Great location and community

We enjoyed our long holiday weekend at OceanGate Resort . We were in building I and our unit was clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated being able to have our fur babies with us since we don't like kennels. We would definitely stay here (in particular in the unit we rented) again. The only improvements I would recommend are more stable wi-fi because tv doesn't work without it (our signal kept dropping); a few more "cleaning" supplies (dish soap, dishwasher pods,laundry pods and hand soaps for kitchen & baths) since there was so little when we arrived. We had to purchase some and also housekeeping gave us a bit more when we tracked them down. Bottom oven drawer could use a good cleaning as the recessed handle was full of solidified grease and it got all over our hands.The pools are great and even though not salt water, the chemicals are perfectly balanced so that they don't have that "chlorine" smell or burn the eyes or skin - kudos to the pool guy. Walking down boardwalk to beach is easy and convenient. Our unit had lots of additional clean towels, pillows and blankets. Easy drive to St. Augustine, restaurants and activities. Property mgr Cathy was great so if you need anything, see her.

Great location

I wish I could give this property five stars but unfortunately I can’t. Our check-in process took over 3 1/2 hours because the lock on the door wasn’t working. I finally got a locksmith to come and he had to take off the old logo shopping and get a new lock. This really should not have happened. The lock should have been tested before we arrived. The property itself is very nice it’s been newly renovated. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We had another minor issues that we attended to ourselves. I stayed on the property myself, but my children came to stay on Christmas Eve night. I would hope now that the issues we confronted are corrected and people will enjoy the property on their visit.

Very Amazing Place

Our family stayed at this condo for a week in July 2023 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The condo itself is spacious, nicely decorated and immaculate, with a nicely stocked kitchen, which was important to me as we planned to eat in for many meals. We really enjoyed being on the second floor with easy access to the pools and beach. Overall this was one of the best, most relaxing vacations I've ever had. Thank you, Marty, for the wonderful place to stay!

Family Vacation

The property is very nice. Lots of greenery and flowers, very tropical. Easy access to all pools and beach. we were able to cook out by the pool and enjoy time with other family members that were staying there.

A must stay

You won’t find many jewels like this one. The condo has all amenities needed and then some. Great pools and an unmatched beach. Rental staff are unbelievable. Easy to reach and extremely friendly. Will be back.

Nice Condo

The condo is very nice & clean. The location was great. My only complaint was that they should keep the patio clean so you can sit outside & enjoy a cup of coffee or listen to the sound of the beach. Oversll good stay.

Great Vacation Relaxation

Great place to stay. Place was beautiful and Just what was needed to unwind. We had a little hiccup with the Wi-Fi after arriving and the property manager Marty was great at getting our needs taken care of. With 5 star service. Would and have already recommended to friends, family and anyone I meet about staying here in the future. Can’t say enough about how great our stay was.

Great Place For Family Beachtime

We had a wonderful time at Hibiscus! The condo was well stocked and appointed. Very comfortable home away from home. The pools are fantastic and the beach was very accessible and pristine. We would definitely recommend Hibiscus and will likely stay again!!!

Wonderful time

This was our second time staying in this condo and we had a wonderful time. We love staying in this particular building because it has the patio up top that allows us to view the ocean. We enjoyed our coffee there many mornings. The pool that is closest to the building is also not near as crowded as the other pools in the complex. That's definitely a plus. The condo itself is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. We were thankful we were able to bring our dog. We will definitely be back. We are considering booking two weeks next time. We love everything about the condo, the particular building we were in, the complex, and the town itself.

Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay for our first trip to St Augustine area. The location was perfect! We could spend the day at the beach and then come back and lounge by the pool in the evening. Having a heated pool made it enjoyable for everyone. Location wasn’t too far from area attractions.

Thoroughly enjoyed

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. It was very relaxing. The condo was very nice. The pictures of the inside don't do the condo justice. The beds were comfortable. The spare bedroom does not have cable so that was a downfall for my daughter. The pool was not crowded. The beach access was great but it is much further than 300 steps which we had read in a response to a review. There is no partial views of the water from the spare bedroom as noted in the description. When we first arrived we were a little disappointed because we were further from the water than expected and there was no pool view as you kinda expect based off the pictures but we decided we liked the location because the pool closest to us was not near as crowded as the other pools. The roof top deck was nice and we spent many mornings sipping our coffee up there. Beautiful views from the roof top. We would stay again!

Good experience but....,

Overall experience was good however one of the the remote control in one of the bedrooms was not working. We left a message with the property manager and did not receive a call back. In the future instructions might be helpful. Also, we ran out of toilet tissue, only four were provided. Based on the linen restrictions I was afraid to use their towels so I brought my own. Also, they are very strict about their checkin policy 4 pm.
