Main House - about 3300 square feet
Primary bedroom- 1 ki,ng (sleeps 2)
2nd bedroom- queen bed (sleeps 2)
3rd bedroom- queen bedroom (sleeps 2)
4th bedroom/ bunk room - 4 queens beds thst are bunk beds (sleeps 8) , 2 single fotons (sleeps 2), huge couch that could sleep 2 more
5th bedroom downstairs - pull out couch queen bed (sleeps 2)
Down stairs family room pulled out couch queen mattress (sleeps 2)

Casita - about 1,000 square feet
1 bedroom - queen bed ( sleeps 2)
Another pull out couch full mattress (sleeps 2)
Family room 2 pull out couches - full beds (sleeps 4)

Game room is in between the main house and the casita. It also has a full bathroom with shower.
