Thank you for your feedback. We take all guest comments seriously and would like to clarify a few points for future guests considering our home. This property was recently fully renovated, with over $25,000 invested in upgrades, including new furniture, furnishings, and systems throughout the home. The dining area is equipped with a full china set that serves 16, stored in the dining buffet. A lighter is provided as a standard backup for the gas cooktop, should ignition ever be needed. Small ceiling openings noted during the stay were part of a planned whole-home speaker wiring system and have since been fully covered to avoid any confusion. All outdoor furniture and cushions are brand new and remain in excellent condition. The dishwasher, also brand new and installed at the end of October, has since been repaired and is fully functional. Additionally, following this stay, the carpets, sofas, vents, and walls were professionally cleaned to ensure everything meets our high standards. Regarding the plumbing, a licensed plumber identified excess air flow in the hot water lines and adjusted the system, resolving the issue completely. We encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can address concerns immediately—our goal is always to provide a smooth, comfortable experience.
