River Run Condo w/ Private Balcony for Courtyard Views, Close to Gondola!

Recently remodeled in the fall of 2023, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with a king bed, full-sized bunk bed, and full-sized sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony offering courtyard views of the hot tubs making it easy to see when they're available. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a large flat screen TV and a full-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony can be accessed through the living area and offers views of the courtyard and hot tubs. Guests can easily see how full the hot tubs are before even heading downstairs.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home as well as updated appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four and there are three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom sleeps four with a full-sized bunk bed and also has a flat screen TV.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

Only one night.

We only stayed here one night on our way to another resort. However, if we were to ski Keystone for successive days, we would stay here for that purpose. Convenient location, underground parking, well appointed, comfortable. There is no stocked pantry so plan accordingly. The hinges on all the cabinets need to be replaced as they are failing.

Great stay

Perfect location in the middle of everything and just short walk to the lifts. Plenty of room for our family. We loved this place and would definitely stay again.

Convenient and comfortable Ski Condo

Great amenities and unbeatable location in Keystone. Perfect size for 3 adults on a ski weekend. Really enjoyed the hot tubs and easy walk to lifts. Garage parking was a nice bonus. Highly recommend

Great mountain stay

Loved our time here. Little shops and food available. Also a river behind it my son fished. 1) need more elevators or faster ones 2) condos need more trash bags and towels 3) make all the hot tubs warm. There was one that was not and that area gets crowded.

The location is close to the gondola. We usually stay at the Springs in River Run, but with the expansion of condos there, that location is no longer desirable. I would stay here again. The only thing I would caution about this particular condo is the living area is very small. It sleeps 8, but I probably would not do more than 4-5

Wonderful Condo for Family Ski Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Silver Mill 8159 was a wonderful condo for our family of 4. Elevators could be a bit slow, but the set of stairs directly next to unit made for super easy in and out, even in ski boots. Loved the 3 hot tubs, ski lockers, and underground parking. Very short walk to gondola, several restaurants and shops walking distance as well. We did have an issue with the smoke alarm going off every single time we opened the oven, which was a bit annoying. The layout is great for a family of 4 and we especially loved having 2 full bathrooms. We utilized the onsite laundry on the 4th and 5th floors, which was very convenient. Dont forget to bring your own detergent, as the dispensing machine was broken. This was our second time using SCMR, and we found the check in and out process very easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Location is key

Fireplaces don't work!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fireplace did not work!!! Had maintenance come out and they couldn't fix it either. Initially, I wasn't upset because things do break from time to time and need to be repaired. However, our friends who were staying in the same building had the same issue in their condo as well!! The maintenance person told them it was a problem with the ventilation in the building that causes the fireplaces not work. I was totally bummed, as I wasn't planning on skiing and was looking forward to sitting by the fire. I specifically made sure we booked a condo with a fireplace. If the fireplace doesn't work and they know it doesn't work, it needs to be disclosed prior to booking and the rental website need to take fireplace off the list of amenities.

Maintenance problems

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property as described and a great location. However our fireplace didn't work for the duration of our stay. Maintenance couldn't get it working. Drain pipes were plugged in multiple units and had to be snaked. Water was turned off for 6 hours while work was done. When plumbing was fixed no one came back to clean the gross mess of sewage left behind in both tubs. I was expecting to be offered a different unit or a possible discount but nothing was offered. I understand when issues come up but I judge management on how they deal with the issues. For that reason I would not stay here again.

The unit was decorated nicely and had everything we needed. Our family skied and tubed and it was the most convenient location we could have had. We meet a few other families there and all stayed at units in Silvermill. The river run village was also perfect. We could walk to dinner and had no issues getting in with a small wait (even with our group of 13). Our only complaint is that the fireplace does not work. We called the property management company for three days, then it was repaired. Unfortunately it immediately stopped working again on the first use. It wasn’t a deal breaker, but would have been more enjoyable. Overall we would stay here again.

Great location. Comfortable setting. Some aspects are showing wear (couch, bunk mattresses) and could be upgraded. VERY nice to be able to look out and see if hot tub busy or not. Kids had fun playing pool in lobby, too. It was snug and cozy for family of 5; (8 would be a squeeze). very convenient to village shops and ski slopes; we had a fun time.

We would stay here again simply due to the excellent location to the slopes! The convenience of not having to get on a bus or a shuttle or drive and park our own car was extraordinary 🙂 The condo itself was exactly as described. No real issues other than we got in very very late at night and the top bunk had not been made. So we had to scrounge around and climb up on a top bunk at midnight to make a bed 🙂 some of the extra blankets in the closets had stains on them and appeared to not have been washed... That was a slight turn off. The humidifiers were a wonderful touch to help with the altitude, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, fireplace was wonderful 🙂

Close to slopes

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a decent sized unit for a family of 4 (2 teens). The bunk beds in guest room were perfect. The master bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. There are a couple maintenance issues such as a slightly askew cabinet door and oven drawer but overall the unit is in good shape. We had a plumbing issue with the master bath and the whole building boiler went on the fritz but the maintenance crew worked hard to get everything fixed as quickly as possible.
