Living Spaces
It's been a long and exciting day of vacationing and you're ready to come home, pour a glass of tea, and relax. There's no place better than the living room at Graham Haven! With a full wall of floor-to-ceiling windows and a French door to the screened patio, this welcoming space is filled with natural light. The living room boasts plenty of comfy sofas to pile up on, plus tables for your drinks and snacks. The big HDTV w/WiFi stands at the ready to stream the latest episode of your favorite show. Or even better, gather everyone around for the movie you've all been looking forward to.

Peak & Non-Peak Season
During the peak season, this home would have a 7-night minimum and would rent Saturday - Saturday. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip.

Cooking & Dining
The kitchen is enormous! And chock full of everything your family chef wants or needs to create mouth-watering meals for the family. A small sampling of the amenities includes professional stainless steel appliances, gorgeous solid-surface counters, and a center island that seats two. With the open floor plan, the chef (and chef's assistants) are always part of the action. Sitting just adjacent is a large wooden dining table for 6. Be sure to make time to enjoy those home-cooked meals together! It's a wonderful time to plan your next adventures. A cozy breakfast nook beckons just on the other side of the kitchen. Enjoy a neighborhood view while savoring your morning coffee and bagel.

Bed & Bath
Graham Haven boasts one-floor living, with 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths. You'll find one king bedroom, with a TV, dual nightstands and lamps, and a tall dresser for all your clothes. A second bedroom also offers a king bed, with dual nightstands and lamps. The third bedroom has a queen bed, also with dual nightstands and lamps. The last bedroom is perfect for the kids. Very spacious, it offers two twin-over-twin bunk beds, plus a king bed. The first of two baths features double vanities and a tiled walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a tub/shower. We're also pleased to provide games, puzzles, and toys for the rare rainy day. The front-loading washer and dryer is another great convenience for our guests.

Outdoor Spaces
This is where it's at! An oversized 3-season sunroom will become your favorite hang-out. The dining table for 6 promises delightful al fresco meals, while the rocking chairs provide the perfect perch for quiet moments lost in your book or checking your social media feeds. A bar with seating for 4 provides another lovely spot to sip morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. As much as you'll love the screened porch, the yard may well steal your heart! Complete with a fire pit, the beautiful views of the water and stunning sunsets will draw you outside every evening. Our home is truly in an ideal setting, with Kids Corner Park and South Beach access literally across the street. If you'd like to take a stroll into town for the fun shops, dining, movie theater, biking paths, fresh you-pick fruit farms, and various water sports, it's less than a mile away.
