Living Spaces

Peak & Non-Peak Season
During the peak season, this home would have a 7-night minimum and would rent Saturday - Saturday. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip.

Lake Effect offers four spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, all conveniently located on a single level. The primary king bedroom provides a peaceful retreat after a day at the beach, while a second king bedroom and queen bedroom offer comfortable accommodations for additional guests. The fourth bedroom is a favorite for families, featuring a king bed along with a full-over-full bunk bed, creating a flexible sleeping space for adults and children alike. The bathrooms have been thoughtfully refreshed and include a spacious walk-in shower with double vanity in one bath and a tub/shower combination in the second.

Outdoor Spaces
Outdoor living is where Lake Effect truly shines! The newly transformed screened porch creates an inviting space to enjoy the lake breeze without leaving the comfort of home. Whether you're enjoying morning coffee, reading a book in the afternoon, or gathering with family after dinner, this space quickly becomes a favorite place to relax. Out front, the new patio and fire pit provide some of the best seats in the house.
