This beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront unit on Puamana’s “Gold Coast” remains a peaceful retreat amidst the recovery efforts following the Lahaina fire. Located in a tropical oasis at the south end of Lahaina, this luxurious townhome offers the best of Maui’s natural beauty and comfort.

Despite the challenges faced by the area, this oceanfront vacation home continues to shine with its upscale amenities and immaculate condition. The home features elegant travertine floors, granite countertops, top-end cabinetry, central air conditioning, skylights, and comfortable tropical décor. Professionally cleaned after the fire, it offers a fresh, welcoming environment for you to relax and create lasting memories while surrounded by the ocean's soothing sound.

Unfortunately, the historic clubhouse and some amenities were lost to the fire. Despite this, Puamana still offers a truly unique island experience and the perfect place to unwind and relax. A complete renovation of the spectacular Ocean Pool was completed in October 2025, offering guests a one-of-a-kind setting right at the water’s edge with breathtaking views of the Pacific. The Dolphin Pool is also open and available for use.

Whether you’re looking for a place to enjoy breathtaking sunsets or unwind after a day of exploring, this oceanfront home offers the perfect sanctuary. As Puamana and the surrounding area rebuilds, this property stands ready to offer a serene and welcoming retreat, allowing you to enjoy the enduring beauty of Maui’s coastline.

We had a wonderful 5 day / night stay. The view on the patio of the ocean was,absolutely breathtaking and the peaceful and quiet atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The home was very clean and well stocked, with plenty of pots, pans and dishes and everything else we needed for our stay.Overall it was an amazing experience and I will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend anyone visiting Maui / Lahaina to make this place your vacation rental, you will not be disappointed.

We actually weren’t able to stay at this specific condo due to an AC malfunction, however APVR and Dave were absolutely phenomenal in getting us into a different unit so very quickly and absolutely saved our vacation. My husband and I were traveling with our 3 young kids, plus my husband’s mother, and Dave made sure to get us moved incredibly fast. He went above and beyond our expectations. The new unit was just 2 buildings down, had the same phenomenal view, and was so very clean. Would rent from Dave and APVR again and again. Mahalo for your hospitality!!

We loved the oceanfront location! The home was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. It is a very quiet community with close beach and pool access. The host was very attentive and responded to inquiries quickly.

We had a lovely time and I truly think this property and its location saved the trip! It had everything you would need to get off the ground running. The lanai provided perfect cover from the rain and excellent whale watching! We can't wait to bring our daughter back in--hopefully better weather conditions.

We had an amazing week! The condo was great! They view and location is unbeatable! We have been to Maui three other times and always stayed At Kaanapali Beach. This was 1000% better! Quiet, relaxing, easy access to the beach… and just a short drive to the restaurants and crowds. We are already planning the next trip!

Wonderful location and accommodation

We loved this unit. The location right on the water was spectacular. We watched the sunset every evening with whales viewable in the water. It was close to town and had everything we needed.

Puamana is Perfect

Puamana, and this residence, is the absolute best place to stay on the Western side of Maui. We loved every minute of our stay. The pools were great, the grounds perfectly maintained, and the proximity to the on-property beach was incredible. We would absolutely stay here again!

Enjoyable Stay

Our family had a wonderful time in Maui. We really enjoyed having breakfast outdoors while taking in the ocean view! The house was well-stocked, clean sheets and towels. The host was responsive to messages. We recommend this place, great location.

Great location and property

We visited as a family and had an amazing time, the location right on the beach was lovely and the property was very close to many other excellent beaches. We ate in most days but there are a number of wonderful restaurants very close by. We also played a lot of tennis on property and took many walks throughout the neighborhood. Overall an amazing experience and we will definitely be back!!

The home is so welcoming from the decor to the extremely comfortable furniture. We woke up in the morning to whales having fun in the ocean just outside! You can see them fine without binoculars but be sure to bring binoculars because they definitely help! I wish we had two pair instead of the one I brought so we could see at the same time up close. We loved the skylight in the en-suite bathroom! The home was quiet and so relaxing. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Lovely place

This is a pretty epic location. Sunsets are amazing every night. Steps away from the beach. For those that surf there is a surf break within walking distance. Great place for a family to stay!
