Nate, Thank you so much for sharing your feedback it is super appreciated. We are thrilled you enjoyed the home and had a great weekend away. The hot tub has just recently been taken over from our previous spa company and so the filter change out may have caused the "funk" so we are sorry to hear that happened during your stay, but the tub is indeed all reset and sparkling clean. Look forward to having you back.

Thank you for your detailed review! We're delighted to hear that you had a wonderful stay overall and enjoyed the spacious cabin, well-maintained hot tub, extra-large deck, and flat lawn area. We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the upstairs bathroom. We will pass along your suggestion about adding window coverings to the owners to improve privacy for our future guests. We're sorry to hear that the property wasn't secluded enough for your preferences, but we're glad you found the cabin beautiful. We appreciate your feedback and hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future.

Great to hear that you and your family enjoyed your time with us at the Getaway Moose. We enjoyed having you and welcome you at anytime as return guests.

Sandra, Thank you so much for sending over this feedback. It has been brought to the attention of our housekeeping supervisor as this is most certainly not the norm, if you read our past reviews. I am so sorry to hear about this and we will absolutely ensure the washcloths are restocked at this home and the tissue boxes most certainly should not even have been put out with only 2 tissues in them. It is not a requirement that our guests start the wash prior to departure but it is always helpful to our staff as you noted you requested and were granted an early check in and that "laundry" start often assists in us being able to accommodate just that. We are so sorry to hear your stay was less than comfy. Again, we really appreciate you taking the time to let us know so we can get it addressed asap.
