Loved this condo, our home for our annual ice-climbing trip. A quiet, clean, comfortable warm and cozy place to come home to after a day outdoors. Our host was super helpful and friendly. Can't say enough god things about this place. We will be back!

Enjoyed our stay

Unit provided all you'd need, especially for cooking and cleaning. Master bed was very comfortable. Lots of comfy room for more than two guests.

Couldn't be any better

This well located condo has everything you need for a really comfortable stay, clean, well equipped and it comes with a breathtaking view.I'd really like to come back during summer. Derek beeing so welcoming and very reactive to any enquire, you can tell it's important to him that you have the best experience.

Beautiful Views and Central Location!

The location couldn’t be beat. Easy to access the best of North Conway and all the sites. The view from the big porch was amazing and definitely a highlight. Great for sunrises, sets and star gazing. Otherwise it was clean and efficient. Highly recommend!

Rained all week, but made best of it.

Condo was perfectly located with easy access both Attitash and Wildcat. Unfortunately it rained for 5 days and the fog was thick so can’t comment on the view. Condo was quite complex and close to everything. Well stocked and would stay again. Thanks for a great trip (even with the rain :).

Nice location but that’s about it

Location was great however the condo is tired. The beds have no headboards and each bed came with one old flat pillow. The bedspreads do not even cover the mattress. It felt like a college dorm. The bedspreads need to be cleaned and the sheets smelled as if they had been left overnight in a wet washing machine. The owner would do better to upgrade the bedding. Mattresses were hard. There were 8 of us - table and living area accommodates 6.

Condo was clean and had gorgeous views! Great proactive outreach from the property owner prior to arrival with access information, TVs in each bedroom with streaming services and seamless wifi connection. Space was ample, beds were comfortable. Furniture is older and couches are well worn but fine for a short stay. Could definitely use new pillows on the beds, or bring your own. A few items of note: upon arrival, carpet did not appear to have been vacuumed, but vacuum was easily accessible in bedroom closet. Carpet is well worn and stained in many places but otherwise felt clean. There was also a load of clean laundry still in the dryer, and a load of clean dishes in the dishwasher. Could not get dishwasher to close fully, so we did not use it. The bathrooms only had one towel in each, but more were in the dryer and closet. Only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and one roll of paper towels in the kitchen, so we did need to purchase more during our stay, as well as a sheet pan since none were in supply- not a problem, and we left it there for future use! The deck and electric griddle were great, although removing the broken deck chairs stacked up in the corner would make it more spacious. There was a hornets nest inside the patio umbrella, so we did not use that. No a/c but there was a portable unit in the living room- we did not use- good breeze with open windows. Overall a great stay, perhaps just in need of some updates.

Thanksgiving weekend

Family had a wonderful time with plenty of room for all of us. Everything was there that we needed! Location is excellent and the scenery off the balcony was absolutely beautiful. Definitely will be returning in the future. I highly recommend to anyone interested.

October Hiking trip

We stayed at this location October 17-21. My wife and mom used it as a base to go shopping from and My aunt and I used it as a base to hike from which included trips up Madison, Zeacliff and a nearby hike up Peaked Mt. Incredible views looking over at Whitehorse, Cathedral and the Moats. Very quiet and close but far enough from North Conway.

Lovely few days in Intervale / Eagle Ridge

Derek’s place was great. Very clean and accom. looks just like the website. Bed was super comfortable. Easy to communicate with the owners via text. Enjoyed the stunning views from the balcony, and the quiet serenity. Parking onsite. Perfect location for trips to Mt Washington and the Kancamagus Pass / Falconia. Lovely walks. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Nice but no A/C and although they had a portable A/C in the main area, the bedrooms were warm. It did not say it had A/C but we really needed it at night.

Fantastic Condo

This is a beautiful condo, and so close to North Conway, Attitash, and Wildcat. Everthing we needed was there, but the #1 for me was the stunning views. We could see Mt Washington from the deck!

Room for improvement

Beds were not very comfortable, living room furniture could have been little nicer but the water pressure in the shower was great, really appreciate the washer and dryer. Our fur boys had fun with all the trails for their walks! Thank you
