Stunning beachfront home on Cape Cod Bay-Fab Views - sleeps 10 One Week Minimum

Our custom beach house on the bay was built for comfortable family beach front living and entertaining. The main 4 bedroom/3.5 bath house sleeps up to 9 and with the guest suite over the garage sleeps up to 12 and is ideal for large multi generational family groups.

The home is on the beach and faces due west for great sunsets. Look out any window to the west at high tide and you will feel you are on a boat you are so close the the water. At low tide you will see miles of sand flats, wading pools and people playing bacchii, volleyball, baseball, skim boarding, clamming, finding sea creators or many other fun beach activities. Our beach house is meticulously maintained, well landscape, air conditioned, well appointed and comes with paddle boards, kayaks and bicycles and other accouterments to make your stay pleasurable .

The beach side main level deck spans the width of the house to enjoy sun bathing, cooking on the natural gas grill and dining by the bay. If you want to be outside but out of the sun you will be able to find shad under an overhang on the south west side of the deck for much of the day. There are stunning views from an upper level deck as well.

The inviting open floor plan on the first floor features a gourmet kitchen with an island and is ideal for socializing. The living room sports comfy lounge seating, a gas fireplace, space for playing board games; all with great views. The dining table is in a beach side bump out and is surrounded by windows so everyone dining knows they at the waters edge . The first floor also has a half bath and a laundry room. The laundry room's outside door to the deck provides access to the adjacent outdoor shower and the path to the beach; all for clean and convenient beach living.

Our home is fully air conditioned and has 4 bedrooms in the main house including 1 king master with private bath, 1 over sized queen master with private bath, both with stunning bay views, a large bedroom with twins bunk beds and a queen sized bed with a door to a Jack and Jill bath (bath has door to bedroom and hall) and a small bedroom with bunk beds and a changing table and a crib. The second floor also includes a small office/den that has sliding glass doors to the upper deck.

The property also has a guest suite over the garage which makes the property ideal for multi generational families . The guest suite is air conditioned, has both a queen and a twin bed, kitchenette (sink, refrigerator, micro wave, granite counter - no stove top), living area with TV and a private bath.
