Tucked away in an inviting compound you'll find the perfect hideaway called Ann Street Cottage; a charming one bedroom cottage. Both bathrooms have recently been remodeled and a private laundry is located in the unit.

The quiet compound is located just one block from Duval Street combining the best of both worlds for relaxing and taking advantage of all that Key West has to offer. Within 2 blocks you'll find Key West classics like The Bull, Sloppy Joe's, and Hog's Breath as well as a plethora of delicious restaurants. Venture just a short distance further to Mallory Square or the famous Historic Seaport. It's easy to see why this location is unbeatable. The shared compound, of 6 total homes, features a winding brick pathway surrounded by tropical foliage and flowers that lead to a free form heated pool tucked away in the far side of the gardens. Take a refreshing dip, lounge and catch some sun, or enjoy a good book while being surrounded by beautiful trees and plants. This truly is a relaxing outdoor oasis!

Upon entering Ann Street Cottage you'll feel refreshed by the cool and relaxing decor. Neutral colors combine with pops of tropical color throughout to create an inviting atmosphere to relax in. Lounge in the living room while reading a great book or catch the morning news. Transom windows let in light and the vaulted ceiling creates a bright and airy atmosphere. A small dining table for two sits just off the fully equipped clean white kitchen. A half bathroom is conveniently located next to the kitchen. The bedroom combines island charm with boutique hotel style complete with full ensuite bathroom. Calming hues and pops of coral and teal will lull you to sleep after a busy day of exploring the island. French doors open out to the private patio with outdoor dining table from the bedroom and living room. A small office space with desk and chair are located behind the patio, in case you must get some work done. The washer and dryer is in this office space as well.

Ann Street Cottage combines a peaceful hideaway with excellent location making it the perfect option for a couple looking to have the ultimate Key West experience.

The host was very nice and responded quickly to all questions. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the private patio everyday and the washer and dryer were a plus. And, the extra half bath was nice to have. The bed was comfortable. It was a quiet and quaint little spot considering how close it is to Duval. We easily walked to all our favorite spots. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay!

Perfect location for two. Very quiet but yet close to everything we wanted to do. Very short walk to Duvall, Mallory Square and the Marina. We rented bikes and it was all we needed when we didn't want to walk. They had the perfect place to secure bikes right inside the gate. We used the pool most days just to cool off and relax for a bit. We loved it!!

Amazing and peaceful cottage tucked away from street

Beautiful property! Enjoyed our stay immensely and plan to visit again. Comfortable bed, convenient location and tucked back in a private setting. The first time in Key West the Roosters didn't wake me up!

What a find!

The Ann Street Compound was absolutely beautiful! The grounds were immaculate. The pool was a definite bonus. Our cottage was lovely! We enjoyed it very much! The flooring on the private deck/courtyard needs some work. But that was our only complaint. And we were there for a week! The location was perfect for us! Near all of the things we wanted to do and enjoy. Not only would we stay here again, but we're already planning to come back! Highly recommended!!!

Great location!

The location is perfect! Steps away from all the restaurants, bars and shopping. Lots to do nearby and a nine minute walk to the pier to catch a boat for a beautiful day at sea. Pool was wonderful and the lush gardens surrounding the property were beautiful. It was a quiet area even though it is nearby the action which we appreciated. Bed is super comfy and AC works well. My only recommendation would to have the oven and the decking in the patio replaced. I would highly recommend this property.

This property made a great home base for our vacation in Key West. Amazing location, very clean and comfortable. Nice bedding and all of the comforts of home - having a washer/dryer let us pack light. The whole experience was lovely. We would happily book this property again.

Key West Hideaway!

Great property for a couple. Clean, comfortable and in an absolutely amazing location! Parking was the only challenge -- but a paid lot nearby had friendly staff & affordable overnight sports. We'd certainly stay again!

Love this place!

Fantastic location, a little piece of heaven in a lush, private cottage. We were delighted to find it was available for the dates we were looking for, having stayed here on another trip. Easy to walk to most places and just a block or two from the action.

Ann Street Cottage

The photos are spot on accurate. We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was very private and felt like an oasis, even though all the action on Duval St is just a block away. The pool was a nice place to relax after exploring all day before going out to dinner. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Key West.

Excellent oasis in the heart of Key West

I booked this cottage largely based on the positive reviews here, and I agree with all of them. I'll start by echoing a theme in the reviews here: I would say the best feature of this cottage is that it is extremely close to the action on Duvall Street and surrounding area, yet it's also very private and quiet. It's almost disorienting to go from the craziness of Duvall Street to this oasis of calm in just a block or two! Admittedly, I believe there is a restaurant nearby and if you have the windows open you can hear a bit of background noise from there. But, it's not bad, and I'm pretty sure there is no live music. Overall, the level of privacy and quietness at this cottage is excellent. If I could describe the reservation and check-in/check-out process in a word, I would say: professional. I didn't have personal interaction with the rental agency, but never needed to. Emails were perfectly sufficient. The cottage itself is cute, clean, and comfortable. It's nice that there is a code to get into the complex, and another for the front door of the cottage. Overall, we felt very comfortable and safe there. One little quibble is that there is no dedicated parking. There are a few spaces on Ann Street, but they are very hard to get. We parked in the large lot one block over the whole time we were there. The rate was $30-40 per day, which we didn't think was terrible. Overall, I would highly recommend this cottage. We had a very positive experience there.

Peaceful Property close to the fun

The location is outstanding. We were able to walk to everything we were interested in, no need for a car. The cottage was very pleasant as described. The high ceilings make for an airy and open experience. The kitchen is well appointed for just about any cooking you would need. The second bathroom added convenience. The landscaped property exceeded expectations. It is very handsomely landscaped like a tropical arboretum. Plenty of time was spent near or in the heated pool amongst the beautiful trees and plants, an outdoor relaxing respite from the higher energy of Duval street. We had a delightful stay in Key West and the Anne Street Cottage was an integral part of that.

Great location!

This is a great location close to the action but still quiet. Property was exactly as described and very clean. We were able to check in early due to our flight schedule. Wi-Fi booster would be helpful as Wi-Fi signal was weak. Would stay here again!

Perfect little cottage

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was exactly what we needed. Great location - a few blocks away from lots of bars, restaurants, museums, and activities. The air conditioning was fabulous and it had all of the comforts we needed.

So cool!

Yes, it felt like 110 outside, but we were happy in our cool cottage paradise! Our place had everything we needed - a little oasis right in the middle of everything. We would definitely stay here again.
