SALT AIR & SUNSHINE...
This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom private single family home is a sweet surprise just off Duval St. It's a breath of fresh air as you escape reality and bask in the tranquility of the tropics. Tucked away on a vibrant lane just a stone's throw to all the desirable destinations, this island retreat offers the ultimate serenity.
***GUESTS MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER

DETAILS & AMENITIES...
A bright and cheery greeting from this saltwater abode welcomes you as you step into your slice of Paradise. Sink down into the cozy sectional in the Great Room area with a flat screen TV for movie nights. The kitchen comes fully equipped and offers a bar area for 4 so you can whip up your favorite cocktails and snacks before heading out on the town. A washer/dryer is available.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Move upstairs to the king bedroom room which is outfitted with clean, crisp linens, a flat screen TV and access to an outdoor balcony to soak up your peaceful surroundings. Steps away is a bathroom with a shower to wash off the sea and sand. A sofa sleeper resides in the Great Room for additional sleeping convenience.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Enjoy lounging out on your private back deck in the island breeze with good conversation and not a worry in the world. Grill up your fresh catch on the outdoor grill and dine al fresco followed by a peaceful swing in the hammock beneath the stars. This island gem is perfectly located for walking or riding your bike downtown to all the local galleries, bars and restaurants and is just minutes to the sandy beaches of Key West!

PETS...
Dogs are permitted but no cats please. A pet fee is required.

PARKING...
This home does not have designated parking. There is limited street parking as guests may only park in spaces that are unmarked and not those marked as "Residential Permit." There is also a pay lot at the corner of United and Duval (3 blocks away).

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

We had a great stay in Key West! The house was in an awesome location right off Duval Street, which made it easy to walk to everything while still having a nice place to come back to and relax. The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip.The entire rental process was easy and stress-free from start to finish, and checkout was just as simple. The property manager was extremely nice, stayed in touch throughout our stay, and was always available if we needed anything. Everything went smoothly, and we really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Key West!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house itself was kinda iffy. Bit of "deferred maintenance" but otherwise had all the necessary features. Proximity to Duval St. makes it noisy most of the time so I would only recommend it for people who are in town to party. On the other hand, the management company was amazing! Over and above call of duty, and I had some special needs/requests on this trip.

Great location, very clean, comfy bed, cute outdoor area. Perfect for the two of us. Just know that you need to bring your own coffee, sugar, etc. but there’s a Cuban coffee shop across the street, on Duval. I highly recommend this place and will be back!

Great location, lovely property. We arrived during a near-record cold spell and were sad to find that the property had no heat but the managing agent brought us a space heater so we could at least be warm the bedroom. Aldo had a small plumbing problem that was dealt with promptly. We’d stay here again.

Thank you for an unforgettable birthday and Christmas getaway! Our puppy had an absolute blast as well.The house matched the listing photos perfectly and came fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable weeklong stay.The location couldn’t have been better—convenient access to all that Key West has to offer. while being just steps from Duval Street, it still provided the perfect balance of vibrant energy and peaceful quiet during most of our visit.We truly hope to return soon and would love the opportunity to stay at another one of the host’s properties!

The lack of parking really sucked, but the house was great. Definitely could use a bathroom down stairs. Place was clean and close to everything we needed.

A great spot with an adorable outdoor space!

KK’s was in a great location, steps from Duval, but was surprisingly quiet (well, if you don't count the roosters). The patio was a lovely place to have coffee in the morning, and the owner/prop manager couldn't have been more accommodating, letting us check in a little early. It's a great place!!!

Key west long weekend

Great location!

Lovely stay in this small bungalow. So convenient to Duval street and the house was very clean, safe and comfortable. Would totally stay here again. The manager was very responsive and friendly.
