■ PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
· Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or money wire
· Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
· All bookings are quoted as a base rental rate + tax and include a $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
· 30% of the gross booking cost is due at the time of booking
· The remaining 70% is due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment is required for stays booked within 60 days of arrival)
· Funds paid are non-refundable. If required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days prior to arrival
· Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance
· For bookings made through some OTAs, including Airbnb & Marriott Homes & Villas, the full booking value is required at the time of booking, regardless of the arrival date

★ A FEW THINGS WORTH KNOWING BEFORE YOU BOOK
· Can I have outside guests visit during my stay? Each reservation includes four day passes for outside guests. Additional passes may be purchased upon request.
· Is there a minimum stay requirement? A 5-night minimum applies May-October and a 7-night minimum applies November-April.
· Is it easy to get a taxi? Yes. Taxis are readily available and can be arranged through Montecito.
· Is this community pet friendly? Pets are not permitted. Registered service animals are welcome; please inquire.
· What are the beach club hours? The Montecito Beach Club and shared oceanview pools are open daily until 10:00 PM.
· How does beach access work? Access the beach club via the funicular or scenic walking paths within the community. La Bocana Beach is a 5-10 minute walk through a private guest entrance. Stronger currents make it best suited for surfers and confident swimmers.
· Do you offer a discount for longer stays? A discount is automatically applied to reservations of 26 nights or more. For stays of 26+ nights, electricity is billed based on usage at checkout. For shorter stays, electricity is included.

You can drive end-to-end across Huatulco's developed bays in about 20 minutes. Taxis run throughout the main bays and are easily arranged through our team at any point during your stay.
