Overall, this was a good stay. The room had great views of the ocean and lots of space. The kitchen was well furnished. Pre-visit communication was very good. 3.5 stars overall, but this so easily could have been a higher rating. I'll explain. Walk around barefoot, and your feet are filthy black, floors were a bit sticky too. Upon arrival 4 light bulbs were out in the bedrooms and hallway, they did have replacements there, but that should be taken care of before you arrive, especially considering the cleaning fees you pay. Walls are in need of paint throughout most of the unit too, as some just appear pretty filthy the closer you look. The bed in the master bedroom squeaks a lot as you move around, that's a big no for me as it often wakes up your spouse anytime the other moves. One of the frames in the guest bedrooms needs fixing too. The built in ice-maker in the door of the fridge has substantial mold in the shoot the ice comes out of, gross. Certain things like this made me question how much care was actually given to the unit regularly. They tell you to keep the A/C at 74 degrees, which isn't ideal. Most places on the beach request to leave it at 72 to avoid the unit freezing up. Some of the good: Bath & beach towels are provided (4 small beach towels) Full size fridge, spacious rooms and 3 bathrooms.TVs in each room, Wi-Fi available. You are given a garage door remote to park under the building and directions on creating your own code for the door lock to the room. 3.5*
