The perfect getaway at our Water View condo, ideally located right on Herring River. This serene setting is perfect for those who love the outdoors; feel free to bring your kayaks and fishing poles to fully experience the natural beauty surrounding you.

Our comfortable condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom is designed with families in mind, offering a twin-over-full bunk bed and an additional single trundle bed. For your convenience, there is one full bathroom and one half-bath.

You'll find all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including central air conditioning, free WiFi, and cable TV. The fully equipped kitchen allows for easy meal preparation, and you can unwind by the fire pit in the common area during the evenings.

The location is truly unbeatable, with Pleasant Road Beach just approximately a half-mile walk away. You'll also be close to a wide array of local attractions, including various restaurants, shopping, supermarket, charming ice cream shops, and mini-golf.

Please note that linens and towels are not provided with the rental, so we kindly ask you to bring your own. For the comfort and consideration of all our guests, we maintain a strict no-pets and no-smoking policy within the condo.

Cape Cod Vacay

This property was good fit for our family of 4. We enjoyed the townhouse and it’s location to beaches and other activities. It was also a central location to visit other towns including Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard.

Great family vacation!

The property was great and was the perfect size for our family of four. Excellent proximity to everything we needed and being right across the street from mini-golf and ice cream was wonderful for our kids. We’ll definitely be back!

Great condo on the river

The condo was clean and well stocked. It was conveniently located to many restaurants, things to do, and the beach. Beautiful spot on with views of the river.

Great relaxing vacation! Beach was beautiful, not overly crowded. Condo was nice, very clean and comfortable. Perfect location for kayaking. Definitely be back.

Our Week in Harwich, Cape Cod

The rental was immaculate with all the comforts of home! We loved walking or biking to Pleasant Rd beach everyday. The Cape Cod rail trail was great! It was easy to get to the ferry to Nantucket for the day, as well as Dennis Port, Chatham & Wellfleet. We really enjoyed our stay:)

Great Trip

The condo is in a great location. Right on route 28 close to wherever we wanted to go and whatever we wanted to do. The condo was clean and just as described. Perfect size for the two of us. We had a great time, and would absolutely rent this condo again.

Exactly as described and super nice

Trust the reviews. This is a great and comfortable place. About the only potential negative (but one that didn't bother us at all) was the sound of cars on Route 28 outside the window -- but it's almost like ocean waves if you imagine the right way. ;)

Great Mid-Cape location

Enjoyed staying at this condo with my spouse and three kids (ages 4, 9 and 11). Liz was very responsive to any questions and access to property and parking a breeze. Pleasant Road Beach is about a 10 minute walk from the property, Bank Street Beach and Red River Beach a short drive away. During our week stay this property was a great location to easily explore Dennis, Harwich and Chatham. Harwich Port quickly became our family’s nightly destination for dinner, so many great places to chose from and ice cream from either Seagulls or Sundae School to end each night. We cannot wait to go back!

Comfortable and Roomy Cape Condo

My wife, three kids, and I had a wonderful week here. The condo has a main bedroom with a queen bed as well as a second bedroom with a bunk bed that has a trundle bed. This set up was perfect for us and our 9, 6, and 3 year olds. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom between the two bedrooms that features a bathtub/shower with jets. The kids loved the bath jets. The main bathroom has a full size washer and dryer pair. The condo has great air conditioning that kept the condo nice and cool, which was great after a few hours in the sun. There is fast wifi internet that was plenty speedy for us and our streaming devices. There is Comcast Xfinity cable TV. The kitchen has all the necessary items to prepare and cook your own meals. The fridge is big and has an ice and water dispenser. This was key as our week was hot with temps in the 80s and 90s. The dining table is high and my 3 yo was *just* old enough to sit herself safely to eat. If you have younger kids you may want to judge if they are ready for the high seats or if you should do something different for them. There is a coffee table in the same room that can serve as a back up table for little ones. The area around the condo has plenty of Cape stuff around, so you do not have to travel far for fun. Pleasant Rd Beach is a 3 minute drive away and had plenty of room for swimming and sand play. We bought the Harwich week beach sticker ahead of our trip for $65 through the town's website. Otherwise is $20 per day. There is a go kart track nearby as well as several options for mini golf. Both Harwich Port and Dennis Port are close with shops and restaurants. Plenty of ice cream and pizza places around. We liked KO Pizza in Dennis Port a lot. The Weatherdeck is a fried seafood place *conveniently* across the street from the condo and hit the spot. The condo is right on route 28, so there is a little noise from passing cars and motorcycles that you notice less and less as time goes on. On the other hand, being right on route 28 makes it super convenient to get around. There is a full size Shaws/Star Market grocery store about a mile away which should have everything you need to stock up for the week. We really enjoyed our week at the condo in Harwich. We definitely will look it up the next time we plan a Cape vacation.

Bien située, sur le bord rivière pour ceux qui aiment kayak, paddle board ou pêche et près de la plage et des facilités. Un peu bruyant près de la route.. La famille a bien aimé et passe une très belle semaine. Je recommande.

Wonderful condo near lots of beaches and attractions.

We had a wonderful stay. Kayaked on the river and went to several beaches near by. Family really enjoyed Long Pond .. great for little ones. yoga on Red River Beach at 7:30 offered 7 days a week. Loved the laundry and whirlpool tub. Loved eating at Wee Packet, Beer Garden and takeout at Weatherdeck was good. Thanks Liz for sharing your place with us. Cindy

Great stay at Oceans Cove in Harwich

The condo was very nice and well appointed. It was convenient to great beaches and lots of yummy restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. We lucked out with great weather the whole week. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Very clean, modern, spacious rooms, well supplied.

This condo was comfortable for a family of four. The pullout couch with the inflatable topper was definitely the most comfortable pull out couch I have ever experienced. The location was good for 10-15 minute walk to the closest private beach. There was a restaurant and mini golf across the street which we visited the first night we were there. It was a drive to the center of Harwichport and other surrounding towns but close enough to not take up much of your day. It was nice to have a bath and a half. It was handy to have a washer and dryer. The seating and placement of the wall mounted TV was a little tight for 4 at once - but not to dampen all of the positives about this setting. The owner was accessible and responded to a call immediately and an email as well with any questions we had. If I did not choose this setting next time it would be only because I want to check out other areas of the cape or get closer to provincetown (about an hour away). thank you for your accommodations!

Townhouse is very clean, nicely decorated, and has quality appliances and cookware.

My in-laws, husband, and two kids (ages 2 and 5) stayed comfortably in this townhouse. The bottom bunk bed is a double bed and very comfortable. It was great being able to walk out the front door and have the dock right there. My husband fished early in the morning, the in-laws kayaked, and the kids could swim by the dock. This townhouse is the first unit off Main Street and there is traffic but we didn't really notice it. At night it's quiet. There are also tenants upstairs whom I could hear walking around one night but otherwise it was quiet. There is a restaurant right across the street that has delicious fried seafood. At night we used the fire pit and made S'mores. Major beaches like Mayflower, Skaket and Nauset are about 15-20 minutes. Highly recommend this stay!

Impressively clean, new, comfortable!

It was roomy with a great view and great access to everything. The large modern, seemingly brand new, washer and dryer were invaluable. Comfortable beds for all- which is very important. We saw that the couch was a fold out with inflatable air top!!! -never saw that- I have to know where to buy one of those air top mattress fold out couches for my house!! If you can, pls let me know ...... Thanks again for having us!!!!

Very nice condo & conveniently located

We had a great stay at the condo! Liz was very helpful and quick to respond to all our questions. The condo is nicely decorated, very clean and conveniently located to everything you could need. Bike trail, beaches, trampolines, go carts and grocery store are all within 5 minutes away! Oh and let's it forget the fire pit on site- perfect for relaxing and s'mores with the kids! Thank you Liz, we had a great time and would highly recommend this condo!

Great vacation

My husband and 2 children rented this condo for our vacation. The condo was new, clean, and beautifully decorated. Great location, half mile from the beach, walking distance to mini golf, and restaurant across the street. We really enjoyed fishing and kayaking on the Herring River which was so convenient. We will definitely be back.
