New to our inventory, the calendar for this beach home is now open! We are just so excited to host this property.

This stunning High Hammock home, under new ownership, located in the heart of Seabrook Island, South Carolina is a guest favorite. New to our rental program, this gorgeous beach home is located on the island and just a half-mile to the beach, to golf, and to the Seabrook Island Beach Club with oceanfront pools and seaside dining. Private and secluded, this beach house set on the second fairway of the Ocean Winds Golf Course is close to it all.

This beautifully remodeled property is a perfect blend of modern elegance and coastal charm, offering an inviting atmosphere flooded with natural light and adorned with designer furnishings. With three spacious bedrooms and three well-appointed bathrooms, this home is an ideal retreat for families, groups of friends, or even two families traveling together. Each room is thoughtfully designed to provide a restful haven after a day of exploring nearby attractions.

The heart of the home features an open-concept living area with plush seating, elevated ceilings, built-in bookcases, a large TV, family games, and access to the outdoor patio area. The living space seamlessly connects to a modern, updated, and clean kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space for culinary enthusiasts, as well as a built-in breakfast area. Enjoy meals together at the dining table or unwind in the cozy living room, where you can relax and enjoy quality time with loved ones.

The master suite is a guest favorite. A plush king bed, a TV, and an alcove with an additional bed and its own barn door make this such a lovely space. The large en-suite bathroom features an oversized shower and a bath, as well as a large vanity.

The first guest bedroom has a king bed with a twin bunk above, plus a second king bed across the room. The second guest room features a king bed with a twin bunk bed atop. A hallway bathroom with an oversized shower is near both of these guest rooms for convenient access. An additional third bathroom with a shower is located off the hallway near the front door.

Guests fall in love with the unique outdoor space. A sunken deck with a grill and outdoor seating overlooks the fairway of Ocean Winds. Stairs lead to an elevated and screened gazebo with a dining table and ample seating, all overlooking the green. The property is surrounded by lush greenery and phenomenal golf course views, providing a tranquil setting for relaxation.

For your comfort and convenience, this home includes essential amenities such as air conditioning, high-speed internet, and laundry facilities. Safety features are also in place to ensure peace of mind during your stay. The driveway is large and provides ample parking space.

The Lakehouse at Seabrook Island, Bohicket Marina, Freshfields Village, and Kiawah Island are all nearby. Downtown historic Charleston is a scenic 21-mile drive. Nearby are farmers markets, The Goatery at Kiawah, dolphin and sunset boat tours, museums, historical home tours, ghost tours, hiking, kayaking, fishing, and so much more. • BEACH: 0.5 miles away. At least 2 beach chairs are provided at the property for guest use.
• CLUB AMENITIES: Digital Amenity Cards access is INCLUDED with your stay at no extra charge (a $55 daily savings). This offers access to the private oceanfront Beach Club pools (open seasonally), club dining, golf courses, and tennis courts.
• POOL: Access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools with the digital amenity card. Access to the outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lakehouse is also included.
• OVERNIGHT GUEST MAX CAPACITY: Maximum occupancy of 8 guests.
• PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 3 vehicle gate passes. The large driveway provides ample parking space. Street parking is strictly prohibited.
• LSV GOLF CARTS: Gas-powered and electric LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) are welcome at this property. LSVs require a gate pass and count as a vehicle towards the strict 3-vehicle maximum limit.
• CHILDREN: Children welcome.
• PET POLICY: No pets allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
• LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates.
• PROFESSIONALLY LICENSED & MANAGED: Short-Term Rental License STR25-000467.
• ADDITIONAL INFO: A $69 Non-Refundable Fee applies for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage. Fitness center and indoor pool access at the Lakehouse are available for a daily fee of $16 per guest.

• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable, white linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club).

• WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

• COFFEE MAKERS: A standard 12-cup glass coffee pot is on site for guest use. Please bring your own ground coffee and filters.

• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $55 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Pre-order forms are mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is unable to accept information over the phone.

• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 2 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided, and drivers may be required to show a valid driver's license at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) require a pass and count toward the 3-pass limit.

• CHECK IN: For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self-check-in process. Guests will directly check in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We, however, are always a phone call or text away. We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions.

• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are local and family-owned, and your stay is our priority. We are on the island, licensed, insured, and locally staffed. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.

• CLEANING: Our housekeeping teams are among the most detailed anywhere. Cleanliness is a hallmark of every stay. Our housekeeping teams are trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best detailed practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs. We launder the bedcoverings (comforters, bedspreads, quilts) after every single stay.

• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

• POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.

• CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.

• PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!

Beautifully appointed home, peaceful and very clean and cozy. The decor is fabulous. Kitchen layout is ideal with large counter space and plenty of room to entertain while cooking. We will definitely return. Thank you!

Everything was excellent with the exception of the exterior, which is why I gave four stars. I would have given 4.75 if it were possible, but the exterior porches were in serious need of pressure washing and cleaning. It made it prohibitive to us sitting outside except for in the screen porch. It looked like the decks had not been cleaned in a while and there were a lot of cobwebs and debris, and the decking and patio furniture needed a good scrub. The house was perfect for our family, and we would stay again. The interior of the house was very clean and had just about everything we needed for the week. We love the king size beds with the bunks above for kids. Our favorite space was the screened porch for coffee in the mornings or card games in the evenings. We would consider booking again next year, but we do hope that the owners will take our constructive criticism about cleaning the exterior. Overall, a great experience.
