The multi-level layout includes two well-appointed bedrooms on the main floors alongside a spacious upstairs loft that serves as a third sleeping space, perfect for children or extra guests. With three bathrooms throughout the villa, everyone has their own space and privacy. Modern amenities such as air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a smart TV ensure you'll feel right at home during your stay. After a day on the sand, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower and relax on the outdoor swing. For your trips to the shore, the villa also comes equipped with a handy beach cart. Outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lake House is also included. • PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 2 vehicle gate passes. • LSV GOLF CARTS: LSV vehicles are permitted at this property. • CHILDREN: Children welcome. • LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates. • PET POLICY: No pets please. • PROFESSIONALLY LICENSED & MANAGED: Short-Term Rental License STR25-000119. • ADDITIONAL INFO: $69 Non-Refundable Fee for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage.
• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club).
• WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located on the ground floor of this cottage for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
• COFFEE MAKERS: A standard 12-cup glass coffee pot is on site for guest use. Please bring your own ground coffee and filters.
• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. The cards are INCLUDED WITH YOUR STAY! This is a savings of $55 a day. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.
• CAR PASSES: This property is limited to passes for 2 vehicles per stay. A car pass fee of $45 per guest vehicle is assessed to the renter. LSV golf carts count as a vehicle.
• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 2 vehicle passes. There is parking in the driveway area and in an adjacent off street space. Parking on the pinestraw or street is prohibited. The $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due two weeks prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle.
• CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone and our office and team of staff are located on the island most all of the time.
• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.
• CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.
• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.
• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: For cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $65 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, ALL monies are forfeited.
• DAMAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE: In understanding that accidents may happen, all Guests must pay a non-refundable fee of $69 for $1500 coverage in Damage Protection Insurance.
• POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.

This was a clean and well-appointed stay. Our bed (primary) was very comfortable. We appreciated having access to the wagon to be able to take it to the beach with fire-making supplies for our bonfire. We also enjoyed use of the beach chairs. We cooked a lot so only constructive criticism is that the kitchen supplies could use some updating (replace old teflon cookware with non-teflon cookware, add more sets of silverware). Also, it is disappointing that renters can not use the wood burning fireplace. I do understand why but it is just disappointing because it would have added a lot to the winter beach ambiance. This was a lovely spot! Thank you!

We are so happy you enjoyed the beach bonfires—using the wagon to haul supplies down there is such a great pro-tip, and a wonderful way to get that fire ambiance since the indoor fireplace is unavailable! We sincerely appreciate your feedback on the kitchen supplies; we are planning to refresh the cookware and add more silverware based on your suggestion to make sure the kitchen is ready for serious cooking.
