Beautiful family friendly get away with peaceful private shared beach on Lake Winnipeasukee. Short stroll to beach and pools. 2 private pools, childrens activities, tennis courts, pickle ball courts. 5 minutes to Gunstock ski area. Perfect year round vacation spot.
Lake Winnipesaukee townhouse, Gilford N.H., private shared beach, lakeside pool and clubhouse, Omni-turf tennis courts, resort type atmosphere. Cathedral ceilings with skylight, A/C, cable color TV, private screened porch,large deck, washer/dryer and much more.
Samoset is 27 acers of property located on the beautiful shores of Lake Winnipesaukee on Route 11. Further east on Route 11 past Samoset is Ellacoya State Park and west of Samoset is Alton Bay. Alton Bay is 7 miles from Samoset and is a destination spot for the Mount Washington. Other attractions that are less than 5 miles away include Weirs Beach, Gunstock Ski Resort, outlet shopping, hiking, movie theaters, great restaurants, golf, and much more.

Great vacation

Bob and Lori's condo at Samoset is comfortable and well equipped. Very convenient to sightseeing. My family enjoys staying there and using the pool and the lake. A very clean condo with all the amenities needed to have a wonderful vacation.

This townhouse at the Samoset was perfect for our family vacation! It was spotless and well stocked. We had everything we needed and more! A lot of nice touches like games for the kids, beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, towels. The views from the property were gorgeous, the pools were awesome, we loved the fire pit and the beach (while small) was great for our kids - they loved the water trampoline and sand toys. We hope to return next summer!

Nice stay!

We are frequent visitors to the lake and and have been at many properties at Samoset. The layout in this unit is nice, with a more open feel and some separation from downstairs bedrooms and areas to hang without disturbing kids after bedtime. Owners were patient and kind when we missed a communication on the way in and had to circle back when we forgot something on way out. Great spot, great people!

Cozy, clean home

We very much enjoyed our week at this Samoset townhouse. We found the place very clean and well equipped. Plenty of towels which I appreciated. We particularly enjoyed the deck and screen porch. Screen porch can be accessed from inside bedrooms or outside. The complex has a very nice pool and access to the lake. It worked out well for a our family reunion. The description is accurate and the place is clearly well cared for. We hope to rent again. Thank you Bob & Lori.

Pleasant stay

This condo was everything as advertised. Well outfitted for cooking and relaxing. Good location. Close to all attractions. Location of the pool and lake were very convenient. Everyone that we met there was very friendly. I recommend this condo to anyone wanting to experience the Lake Winnipesaukee area.

Great lake stay

The stay at Samoset was excellent. Good location. Close to many attractions. Bob and Lori's condo home was so comfortable, well outfitted and very clean and neat. We enjoyed our stay and hope to rent again.

All you could ask for and more

This unit is bright, beautifully decorated, immaculate, and comfortable. What a pleasure to stay here, and Bob and Lori have so generously provided for all your needs—just pack your suitcase. The grounds, the pool, the lake, make the stay perfect.

Great stay

We spent a super week at Bob and Lori's home. It was so comfortable and well-equipped. We were able to relax and thoroughly enjoy ourselves. Met so many friendly people at the pool. Perfect relaxing getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Bob and Lori's condo. Bob and Lori were helpful and responsive, and the condo itself was clean, bright, homey, and had anything one could need, including provided linens and towels. The layout worked well for our family, and the location was super. We liked being in the middle of the Samoset complex and having the privacy of the lawn and woods behind the deck and screened porch. Samoset is the perfect vacation spot for those seeking relaxation, providing great amenities in a friendly, yet quiet, environment. Our family spent many hours at the pool and the beach cooling off and taking in the gorgeous views. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bob and Lori's condo to anyone seeking a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

We had a great time. Proximity to all we wanted was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Bob and Lori have a very cozy place. Beach was close, pool was even better. We know the area well so location was perfect. We didn’t want for anything. They had everything you could want for. They cover all the necessities. Things of our own we’ve brought in the past we never used. Decor is cozy and feels like a real lake cottage. We would love to stay again next year!

The Most Renter Friendly Stay Ever At Samoset

We have been coming to Samoset, 25 of us, since 2009. We usually rent 4 Condos. this unit was purchased in late 2017. We had rented the unit previously, and were always pleased. When we arrived in July 2018 for our week stay (5) people, we were "blownaway" (a Surfer term) by all of the "extras" that Bob and Lori have provided. It, without a doubt, is the most "customer friendly" and "most hospitable" unit that we have ever rented. Where other owners have been good, and others not so good, the place was excellent and we very much appreciated it. Some of our other 3 rentals were "quite Spartan". Bring your own sheets---Now come on--how do you do this by Airplane into Manchester? Bring your own Beach towels--Same thinking. Our initial thought upon arrival was "they must have been in the Hospitality business". We would definitely return to this lovely, friendly condo. Ray and Linda
