The condo was very clean and well equipped. We did have a problem with the bed in the master but it was fixed the next day. The resort was nicely located and had a great pool and beach access. Would definitely rent again!

Great location and view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The view from the patio was incredible. We will definitely book this condo again!

My wife would sit out there and enjoy her coffee in the morning and the family would have lunch on the balcony. The location is great and so close to the beach and pools.

Great beach front spot

Condo was clean and comfortable with a great porch overlooking the pool and gulf. Nice location in Destin. Close to restaurants and shopping. Condo parking was easy. (No garage) No issues with waiting on elevators like some beach condos. We enjoyed the on-site pickleball, putt putt, and pool/beach during our stay. The poolside restaurant had good food and drinks. We had a great view of the 4th of July fireworks from our balcony. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

Great last minute stay

We ended up booking this property last minute after our annual trip to the Clearwater St. Pete beach area was cancelled due to hurricanes. The unit was great, view was amazing, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the building in general was very well kept. It was in an area that required us to drive pretty much everywhere, but that seems to be the norm for the area. The beach and pool were great (although the pool was so cold), and it was very quiet everywhere even with perfect weather. If we choose to come back to the area we will definitely book here again!

Over all good experience.The day we reached, A guy try to enter the room by using a code on the door and when we saw him with door open he said he was an electrician and making sure the electricity works. It was scary to see that .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I enjoyed a week in June with our 24 year old daughter. We very much enjoyed the condo at Tops’l Tides! It was very clean and comfortable. The VIEWS were spectacular! The balcony was a popular place for breakfast, lunch, and reading. We even enjoyed fireworks from there two nights during our stay. Even during peak season, it was easy to navigate the property. The pool was beautiful and cleaned daily. Many amenities on the property for couples or families. The property manager was fantastic. They even checked on us during our stay and sent reminders for ease of check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again!

The floors felt unclean on bare feet.The most disappointing feature was no entry to the pool area with Grill/drinks.I tried to go through from beach to restroom and was turned away...stating must enter the closest pool entry near condos.We have stayed here twice -different condos...even had thought about purchasing a unit...will not due to the new ruling...of certain guests only at the grill. The grill area was NEVER busy like in Summers past...just did not feel right.Front part of condo was under construction too...made it difficult to load and unload - the no entry to Grill for drinks/food....just not the same upscale type of place.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was a smoke detector beeping when we arrived to check in. Called your office, but you never got anyone over that night to fix it. Hard to sleep with a smoke detector beeping every 10 seconds. I’m a 66 yr old woman with balance issues so climbing on a chair to take the battery out ( which was the resolution the girl on the phone in your office suggested) was not going to happen. My son arrived the next morning and took out the battery.
