Penthouse Unit- Large Private Beach!

I did reach out twice via email before your arrival explaining the new amenities policy at Tops'l. I am sorry you did not read the information before arrival. We are sorry to hear that the mattress in the primary bedroom was not comfortable for you. Mattress comfort can certainly be subjective, and while we have never previously received complaints about it—in fact, many guests have asked us for the mattress brand because they enjoyed it so much—we understand that preferences vary from person to person. Regarding the window coverings, the condo is equipped with wood blinds, which are standard in many vacation rental properties in the area. We appreciate your feedback and will certainly take it into consideration as we continue making improvements for guest comfort. We also want to clarify that our listing does not advertise access to the beachfront pool or poolside bar amenities. Earlier this year, the new company operating the beach bar implemented changes restricting access, which was unfortunately outside of our control. Had we known you were a returning guest familiar with previous resort policies, we absolutely would have tried to communicate those changes prior to your arrival to help avoid disappointment.
