Master Bedroom has king size bed, flat screen tv, adjoining bath, and private balcony. 2nd bedroom has queen bed with adjoining 1/2 bath and TV. 3rd bedroom has twin beds, flat screen tv, DVD player and a fold out sleeper chair for small child. Hardwood floor throughout.
Condo ammenities include screen porch overlooking the ocean and pool, dry bar, free WiFi, private laundry room, covered parking, day dock on the Bogue Sound, and additional parking for boats/Jet skis. Covered parking, grills on property, and elevator.

Get away to Eastern NC

Wonderful condo right on the beach in Atlantic Beach. We were mostly back and forth over to New Bern for the MumFest, but it was a lovely place with a great view and very quiet. We enjoyed it very much.

One of my favorite Dunescape Condos

We have been vacationing in Atlantic beach for 45 years. My Mother in law owns a house on Ocean Ridge but now that our family includes grandchildren and great grandchildren, we have to rent out condos to house everyone for our annual reunion. Dunescape is walkable to the family beach house and Neltaā€™s condo is well furnished, clean and comfortable. I would recommend it!

Wonderful!

If you are looking for the perfect place in Atlantic Beach, this one is it. It is close to the grocery store, wonderful restaurants, shopping and it is right on the beach. Nice kitchen with everything you would need to prepare meals(I didnā€™t cook there, took advantage of the many restaurants close by). The is a Keurig coffee maker, which is a must for me. Balcony off of den is wonderful for sitting and watching the waves roll in. We even had a few porpoise shows. Balcony also overlooks pretty pool, but we did not use the pool. The beds slept great and the electric reclining sofa in the den really spoiled us. Nice laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Screened entry worked great for storing beach chairs. There is an elevator which is key, just a short distance away from the front door of the condo entrance. Close to the elevator we found luggage carts for transporting things from car to condo. This is really a nice touch, especially for someone who overpacks like I do. There were two parking passes and spaces for visitor parking. We had no problem finding spaces. Check in and checkout were both easy. Nelta gives you clear instructions for both.

Wonderful Time at AB

Completely as advertised. Short walk to the beach and beautiful oceanfront views. Only disappointment was not being about to park in the shade under the condo (reserved for owners) and we didn't find the laundry until we were locking up at checkout (lol). Thought it was behind the locked door in the hallway.

This is our second time staying at the condo and have loved it both times! So much space for everyone in our little family and itā€™s super convenient to the beach, grocery, park - everything! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and Comfortable

This property is decorated beautifully and very comfortable. The automatic reclining sofa seats were an unexpected bonus. The mattresses and bedding are comfortable and attractive. The patio table and chairs were the perfect height, and also comfortable.

Mixed Opinion

So, the condo is beautiful to look at and it generally looks like what you see online. However, there are some strange things about it that we have never seen in any condo we have stayed in at the beach (and we have been coming to the OBX for almost 25 years). For example, the cabinet under the master bath sink is locked - if you have any issues with the water, good luck - you can't access the pipes. Additionally, we couldn't find access to the breaker box and a circuit tripped on our final day there and we had no lights in either of the bathrooms - and no way to reset the circuit to gain power. So, I had to get ready for the day in darkness, ,which was NOT fun. Also, the balcony off the master is pictured with chairs on it - but all it has is a tiny side table, so it's completely unusable. We also were spoiled by having access to the storage area under the unit in the previous place we stayed - being able to put all of our beach gear there instead of having to lug it from our vehicle each day was wonderful - so we were disappointed that wasn't an option here. Overall, the condo is nice - we loved that the living room furniture was comfortable, as were the beds. We also really enjoyed having the screened-in area outside the front door as a place to leave our sandy beach shoes, cooler, and beach bag. The carts for loading and unloading all of our stuff for move-in and out were really nice, though it was really busy on move-in day (Sunday) and we had to fight to get a cart because there were some rude people who were using two and three of them and not thinking of others. The one thing that really upset me was that upon our arrival, our daughter found a dirty swim diaper in her closet (front bedroom - the one with the queen bed). If we're paying for the condo to be cleaned, I don't expect to find something as disgusting as that in a closet. It wasn't a good way to begin our vacation. In spite of that, we had a good week and enjoyed staying in the condo. Another note - and this is totally unrelated to the condo, but is just a note for anyone thinking about staying at Dunescape Villas - the parking is set up so that each condo is given 2 parking passes and the parking spaces are not numbered. There are not enough parking spaces for 2 vehicles for each condo. We left Friday evening and returned to a completely full lot. We had to park WAY down in front of the next building and hike a mile to get to our condo. Each condo should have 1 numbered space.

Family Spring Break

Wonderful location and owner was superb. The condo was very clean, spacious, and had all you would need for your stay. Views were awesome. While the pools were not open during our stay they were very pretty and we hope our next visit will allow for us to utilize the pool. Getting to the beach was extremely easy with a nice path directly from condo. I would highly recommend this condo.

Beach Getaway

The property was lovely and had a beautiful view. We enjoyed waking up and sitting on the porch each morning. It was overall a wonderful stay. I would recommend bringing a little extra toilet paper because there wasn't any extra, but otherwise the condo was supplied with anything you could need.

Family vacation

This condo was perfect for our needs! One of my favorite things was the screened in deck with high top table and chairs, allowing a beautiful view of the ocean. The beds were very comfortable and decor was pleasing. We found the kitchen to be well stocked with plenty dishes and cookware. My communication with Nelta was prompt and very helpful. I will gladly stay in this condo the next time we all get together.

Our family has stayed at Dunescape Villias for the past 8 years. This was our favorite place so far. It was very well furnished and decorated. It was clean and had a great view. Plus, it was well stocked with all the essentials needed. We will be staying here again !!

Our condo is very comfortable and welcoming and includes a well stocked kitchen, private laundry room and linens (beds are made upon your arrival).
