One block off of Ocean Avenue, 2-3 blocks to Walker's Point, President & Mrs. Bush's home , and is surrounded by multimillion dollar homes. There are ocean views from the large, sunny deck and you are able to listen to the ocean crashing on the rocky Maine shore at night. SeaBiscuit is fully winterized and because it is south facing, it is drenched in year round sunlight.

The heart of this wonderful home, the Great Room, has high, beamed ceilings, a super stone fireplace, large flat screen TV, large sectional sofa and Ralph Lauren easy chairs for real relaxation time. Beautifully furnished indoors and out, with superb outdoor deck furniture, the environment is pet and family friendly and has a terrific back yard for play.

The first floor also features a family friendly dining area off the Great Room with gorgeous teak dining table for 8, fully outfitted kitchen, sunny & spectacular living room with Ralph Lauren sofa (perfect for chatting and reading), a big playroom for the kids/young adults with their own flat screen tv as well as play/dining tables, and a beautiful powder room with exquisite marble. There is extra dining in the playroom which will accommodate at least four more adults and kids.

The second floor features an extra large master bedroom with lovely four poster bed and bath with shower, along with two other family bedrooms with queen sized beds & antique headboards, a fourth bedroom with full sized bed with antique iron headboard, and bath with tub & shower. The master bedroom, as well as the large front bedroom are both spacious enough to easily accommodate a portable crib if necessary. We have a pak n play. The full size washer & dryer are located on the second floor.

The amazing part of this classic colonial is that it has a full third floor with two large bedrooms- one with queen sized bed, the other with 2 full sized beds, and bath. Kids love to hang out here!

Quite simply, the neighborhood is fantastic! Made for running & walking on Ocean Avenue and biking, the Colony Hotel and Beach is just two blocks away, as well as the Breakwater Inn & Spa, The Nonantum, Inn & Restaurant, Edge Water Inn, Mabel's Restaurant, St. Anne's Church and the newly refurbished Cape Arundel Inn & Restaurant There are so many restaurants within walking distance that you just may not cook your entire stay. We always walk to the art and crafts fairs at the River Club and the Silas Perkins Park every summer. Dock Square is also within walking distance, approximately 1 1/2 miles.

Our home isn't a 'stripped down' rental; it is our beloved 'SeaBiscuit' and it is charming! We have a terrific deck where everyone hangs out. It has white wicker furniture with free standing umbrella, a large octagonal picnic table with umbrella, a gas grill and a child gate. The backyard is just right for kids. We are children and dog lovers and welcome them!
