The Space
Welcome to your lakefront escape in Eaton’s Crossing, perfectly designed for families and groups. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home comfortably sleeps 10 and offers the ideal blend of comfort, fun, and lake views.

Step inside to find an open living area with two cozy couches, a 65" Smart TV, and a gas fireplace. Large windows bring in natural light and lead out to a covered deck with dining space for eight, extra seating, a grill, and views of Main Lake at Mile Marker 10. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook, plus a coffee station, pantry, and bar seating for four. The lakeside dining room seats eight, making it perfect for family meals.

On the main floor, the master suite features a king bed, dresser, 55" Smart TV, patio walkout, and stunning lake views. The ensuite bath includes dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Also on this level is a convenient half bath and laundry room with access to the garage.

Upstairs, a spacious lounge with a sectional sofa, desk, and 55" Smart TV offers a second hangout spot. One bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk with a twin trundle, connecting to a Jack and Jill bath shared with a queen bedroom. The final queen bedroom includes its own full ensuite bath.

Outside, enjoy evenings by the firepit, or head to the nearby guest dock for boating. Two kayaks and three paddleboards are provided, along with life jackets. The neighborhood also offers a community pool (seasonal, not heated), fitness gear, and plenty of space to play, including ping pong, pool, and cornhole.

This home has everything you need for an unforgettable lake getaway—whether you’re relaxing on the deck, paddling on the water, or gathering for game night.

Other details to note
★☆ We provide a starter set of supplies including dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and dish soap. Basically enough to last a few days.

★☆ Closest Boat Ramp:
Guest dock in the neighborhood — exit the driveway and take the first right.

★☆ If there are any issues with this space, please let us know upon arrival, otherwise we will consider it in great condition.

★☆ Full access of the house except from some Owner's cabinet.

★☆ We love hosting guests with dogs! To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

- Keep dogs on a leash when outside at all times.
- No dogs on the furniture, including beds and couches.
- We allow up to two dogs weighing 50 pounds or less with a non-refundable $150 fee.
