The 270 sq foot semi-circular balcony is perfect for morning coffee watching dolphins and rays, sunset cocktails, or al fresco dining at the 6-seat outdoor table.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. The location was excellent, with grocery stores and plenty of restaurants just a short drive away. The owner was fantastic—friendly, easy to reach, and communicated promptly throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Everything was awesome. Location, view, amenities, access to the beach. My party of 9, 4 adults and 5 kids (ages 2 to 9) had everything we could possibly need. Bill is a great host and his condo was fully stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the beach and pool needs. I will definitely book again. He even provided property wristbands for my brother and sis in law who stayed at a different property.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were minutes away from restaurants, attractions, anything we needed. The condo is right on the beach which made things incredibly easy with kids. The condo is stocked with any appliance you can think of which made packing so much easier. Will definitely be returning!

This is an easy "stay here" review. Bill is extremely thorough and makes sure you get the best experience possible. Super clean and fully loaded condo. We could have brought 80% less than we did and been completely fine. View from the massive balcony is untouchable. Beach access was extremely easy and the pool area is very nice. Would recommend to any family looking for an amazing condo with an equally as great host.

This condo is a very nice clean and well kept place. The owner Bill is very meticulous about making every part of your stay as comfortable and carefree as possible. He has everything you need there for cooking, feeling comfortable, going to the beach including some nice chairs to relax on the beach in. Bill has everything labeled with instructions in case you’re wondering where things are located or how something operates. It’s an awesome end unit with a really nice balcony where I spent every evening until late enjoying the nice gulf breeze 20 stories up. You won’t be disappointed by renting this condo unit. We’ll be contacting Bill again when we return to PCB for any future trips. Thank you Bill !

One of the best condos in Panama city. Situated on the 20th floor the views are spectacular. The condo itself has everything you can imagine. William was a FANTASTIC host. The property description was on point, and the kitchen was the best stocked condo I've ever visited. Any appliance you can think of was available. The condo was decorated brightly, with blue and purple bath towels, not the standard white hotel type. The balcony view was outstanding, giving a view of the beach/ocean, but also a view of the nightlife from the side of the building. The living room had a huge TV for times when rain hits. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

Room was good. Not used to all the rules. Also not used to having to put the bedding in the laundry before I leave. We had an early flight. I had to make sure I got the kids up and was putting laundry in at 6 AM. I thought why not just have another set of sheets? If you’re worried about time the cleaner could just throw on the other set. It Also kind of handcuffs you the night before you leave. You don’t want to use any towels or dishes because you can’t get them clean and put away if you leave early in the morning. When you’re flying, you have enough to worry about you don’t wanna have to unload dishwashers, clean sheets, and do a list of chores before you leave early morning just to help the cleaning person. I wanted to shower in the morning before I left, but the towels were supposed to be all washed and put away. Not sure why it seemed to be the only place with a ring doorbell. We didn’t get any kind of code so we could watch it so don’t know who was watching it.

Thank you for staying with me and for taking the time to leave a review. I’m glad to hear you found the condo to be good overall, and I appreciate the 4-star rating. I did want to clarify a few items for future guests, as there appear to have been some misunderstandings regarding my checkout procedures. My checkout instructions are provided in advance and are also outlined in the rental agreement, so guests know what to expect before their stay. I do ask guests to start a load of bed linens prior to departure and to make sure dishes have been washed and put away. These procedures have been in place throughout the eight years I have personally managed the condo and help our housekeeping team prepare the property thoroughly for the next arriving guests. Guests are absolutely welcome to shower, and use towels the morning of departure. Towels used that morning do NOT have to be washed, dried, and put away before leaving. They can simply be placed in the washing machine along with the used bed linens, the washer started, and guests may then depart. I’m sorry if that portion of the instructions was misunderstood, as I certainly would not expect a guest with an early flight to go without a morning shower. I’d also like to clarify the concern regarding the doorbell camera. The camera is located at the exterior entrance to the condo. It is not used to monitor guests coming and going during a normal stay and is disabled. It is primarily used when the condo is vacant and, if necessary, for security purposes involving unusual or suspicious activity. Similar exterior doorbell cameras are also used by a number of other owners in the building. I completely understand that travelers with very early flights have additional time pressures on checkout morning, and I appreciate the feedback. I take a great deal of pride in personally managing and maintaining the condo and in providing a clean, comfortable and well-cared-for property for every guest. I hope these clarifications are helpful to future guests when considering a stay with me!

Just take a look at the condo pictures! This condo and Panama City Beach truly have something for everyone.

Ocean Villa is a "low-density" building—not one of those massive high-rises where you have to fight for elevator space, parking, or a spot by the pool or on the beach. With only six condos per floor and approximately 125 condos total, Ocean Villa offers a more relaxed and enjoyable experience.

Getting in and out is a breeze, and the location is super convenient! Wal-Mart is just two minutes away for easy grocery runs, and several restaurants and beach shops are within walking distance. Everything you need for a perfect beach getaway is right here!
