You have access to the Miramar Public Beach by Pompano Joe's restaurant. Four portable beach chairs are provided in the garage for your convenience. The home is provided with one low-speed vehicle.

Small Dogs may be allowed, so please inquire about our pet fee and policy for your fur babies. Any pets must be approved before arrival.

All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is not available here, but the apps will provide you with thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc. The paver driveway and garage can accommodate up to 5 standard vehicles. No RVs, trailers, buses, or oversized vehicles are allowed.

**Pool can be heated from October - May for a daily fee of $50. You must inform us at least three days before arrival to ensure the pool is heating.
