The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, with high-end stainless-steel appliances, a spacious pantry, and a dining table that seats 12 for memorable group meals. Two game rooms, a private bunk room, and thoughtful details like multiple laundry stations ensure that every moment of your stay is seamless and stress-free.

With a 6-passenger street-legal golf cart included, you're just a three-minute ride from the sparkling beaches of the Emerald Coast. 🔹PARKING: The driveway can easily fit up to 7-8 cars, depending on size. For extra parking, please use the designated spots in the community near the mailboxes. To ensure clear access for all, kindly refrain from blocking streets or sidewalks.

Just a short 3-minute golf cart ride away, The Front Porch offers quick and easy access to the pristine beach with the complimentary six-person street legal golf cart ($175 a day value). Park in the large lot at Pompano Joe's beach access, which provides convenient amenities including an ADA service ramp, restrooms, and showers. If you prefer a leisurely stroll, it's just a 7-minute walk to the sand and surf.

Once you're at the beach, the fun never stops. Relax on the soft white sands, catch a stunning sunset, or enjoy happy hour drinks by the shore. For those seeking adventure, beach chair and shade rentals, parasailing, kayaking, and bonfires are all available. Everything you need for a perfect beach day is right at your fingertips, with details and service links provided in your welcome email for easy planning.

🏘️ THE COMMUNITY EXPERIENCE:

The Front Porch is located in the exclusive, private community of The Retreat at Miramar. Guests have full access to the luxurious community pool (heated starting Nov. 15), open from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM. The pool area features relaxing lounge chairs on the deck, and multiple covered, cushioned couches where you can unwind in comfort. For those who enjoy cooking outdoors, the grilling pavilion is equipped with Green Egg charcoal grills and ample counter space, along with large dining tables poolside for group meals.

Additionally, you can enjoy picnic tables by the tranquil pond, and a scenic walking path that surrounds the water, perfect for a peaceful stroll. Stay entertained with big screen TVs in the lounge area, and take advantage of the Men's and Women's restrooms, outdoor shower, & sand wash-off stations to freshen up after a day at the beach. Hydration is easy with convenient drinking fountains available throughout the community.

Our dedicated team is available on-site daily or reachable via call or text from 8 AM to 5 PM, six days a week, with support for emergencies on Sundays and after hours.
