The Docks is a Nye Beach townhome that sleeps up to six which is perfectly located in the Nye Beach District. It is an easy walk to the Performing Arts Center, Coast Park which boasts state of the art play equipment (perfect for kids!), and Don Davis Park that gives you easy access to the sandy beach! This neighborhood is known for it's bohemian vibe with plenty of restaurants, shops, galleries and live entertainment all within walking distance.

Delightfully decorated to give the coastal vibe of boats and their docks, this townhome is cozy and comfortable. The Docks has 2 bedrooms with king beds and 1.5 baths. Both bedrooms are upstairs with the living, dining, and kitchen all on the main floor. The living room has a sofa sleeper to accommodate extra guests. Enjoy an afternoon beverage or sip an evening drink from the covered deck off the living room where you can relax and enjoy the Oregon Coast.

Steps away from some of the most popular restaurants and shops in Newport, you can't beat the walkable location. Grab a unique weekend breakfast, take in the local art or shop for a book to curl up with! Enjoy the easy access to a seemingly endless expanse of sandy beach and round out the day with a drink and delicious dinner. All of this, and so much more, lies within blocks of your lovely vacation home. This townhome is part of a 4 plex - if you need extra room, you can rent all 4 of the units, including The Ocean, The Beach and The Mountains, depending on your needs.

Standard: 2 night minimum; Summer & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum.

Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.

This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 2-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.
