⛱Why rent a hotel room when you can have the privacy of your own cottage which offers plenty of privacy for your family. It is a single building so no sharing outdoor amenities with others. Such a cute place with central air for those hot summer days. Offering: covered porch with plenty of seating. Lower level offers seating area with full size BBQ grill; Kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave, stove and breakfast bar with seating; living room with large flat screen television along with queen sofa-bed and love seat. One bedroom offers a nice room with flat screen television and KING bed. Full bath with tub, shower and plenty of closet space. Extra Cot also available. Best of all, private off-street parking – invaluable being this close to the beach and the world-famous Wildwood boardwalk which is just up the street. In fact many days you can see the ocean from the corner of the property.

Perfect little place for a few ppl , near beach and boards

Place was very clean and well kept , air worked great , location was perfect as I like to ride bikes in the morning and it was down the street from the crest bike paths as well as the boards , has a nice poarch to sit on as well

Wonderful Cottage

We had a great time. The cottage by the sea was the perfect size for my daughter and I, and the location is excellent. Close to the beach, boardwalk, shopping and restaurants. Can’t wait for next year!

Weekend at the Cottage

My wife and I came for Barefoot Country Music Festival. The Cottage was a couple of blocks off of the southern end of the Boardwalk. Beach was convenient and the walk to the festival was around a mile. Cottage was cozy and had everything as advertised. Owners contacted us with updates and reminders as necessary.

Quaint Cozy cottage.

My 2 daughters 9 and 15, my mother 65 and myself had a wonderful stay. The cottage is the perfect size for a family of 4. It is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The cottage is clean well maintained. James and Josephine are very accommodating and pleasant. We will definitely be back.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay in Wildwood Crest. The location of this property is in walking/biking distance to so much. We hardly used our car. The owners were very quick to respond to questions and check in was simple. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

Horrible experience

First thing when we went in to the property was the smell of gas burner was left on also a musky smell tried to open windows one window was stuck another had a hole in the screen another window was broken bed mattress cover was stained pillows in the closet had yellow stains microwave was dirty sand on the sofa it was horrible will never use vrbo again. We did not stay andare trying to get our money back.

Perfect location!

This is a cozy private little place that is 2 blocks from beach access and the beginning of the board walk. Also close to bike rentals and a diner. The living area is on the second floor which includes 1 bedroom, 1 living room, and a small kitchen. It's perfect for 2 adults! The owners were very quick to respond to all my questions! We loved it here and hope to return soon!

great location, just what we needed for a weekend getaway. wife and I enjoy wildwood. this property is located in a good spot close to the beach and good food. boards are only a short walk although you enter at the extreme southern end. we walk it end to end and back so that doesn't bother us.

Rent this Place!

The location is a block to the beach and the beginning of the Crest side of the Boardwalk. There are two really nice places to eat in walking distance. The bike rental is right around the corner. This cottage is set back from the road which is great. We had morning coffee and breakfast on the porch. There is a wonderful light breeze to keep the temperature just right. The cottage has everything you need. The rooms are nice sized and the place is super, super clean. We had a fabulous trip and will definitely rent again! Thank you for sharing your cottage with us!

The wife & I came across this unique cottage for valentines weekend & we heavily enjoyed our stay . The cottage had a very comforting feel to it and the owners were extremely nice and easy to reach out to if needed. Definitely will consider staying in the future again if I find myself in the area.

cozy and convenient!

my wife and I go to Wildwood Crest every year during our anniversary week. the cottage was perfect for the two of us. clean and with everything we needed to prepare our own meals. it's also convenient to the Crest end of the boardwalk and just a short walk to the beach. would definitely stay again.

A relaxing Cottage. A perfect location.

This Cottage by the Sea was the perfect place for us. We were looking for a quiet, private place and this was it. We had the best time with easy access to the beach, boardwalk nearby restaurants. Met the wonderful owners, James and Josephine when we arrived. We will definitely book with them again!

Quiet peaceful cottage

Went not to wildwood for 4 Days and the cottage was a perfect little get away to cool down from the boardwalk and beach. Quick block and a half walk to the boardwalk and beach access. The house is well maintained and the owners were very quick to respond to any questions I had. We will be back again next year.

Great little place close to the boardwalk!

Cottage by the Sea is a nice little retreat! You’re close enough to walk to the boardwalk but back far enough to not hear the noises from the boardwalk. The bed was comfy, as were the couch and sofa. There were dishes to use and the bedroom and living room both had televisions. We had a great time and will probably stay again.

Clean and close to beach/boardwalk!

We were grateful that we were able to stay at the cottage for Labor Day weekend on short notice. It was very clean and comfortable - and much more private than a motel room would have been. The little kitchen made it easy to cook quick meals instead of going out to eat all the time. We'd recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in the Wildwood area.

Great location and very clean

Property was immaculately clean as described. It was withing walking distance of wherever you go. Completely renovated and no problems there. Just an overall great place to stay. Will be going back again. One con, trash removal upon departure is slightly aggravating. Wish there was a better way to do that. But overall, amazing place to stay. Strongly recommend.

We take pride in our properties which also include , a 5 Bedroom Single Family Home and a 1 bedroom single cottage. Whether you visit for a few days, a week or month - we are certain you will be in awe of all that the Wildwoods have to offer.

We vacationed here at children and decided to purchase our first home almost 14 years ago. We love the Wildwoods and are certain you will too. We have many families who return year after year to continue their memories. There is always something new!

Why this property - it offers privacy that most hotels and condo's do not; you have your own personal outdoor area with full size BBQ grill and seating; the cottage is very close to the beach and boardwalk and just a great place for a family getaway to the beach! The cottage also has central air conditioning . Within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, miniature golf, 3 amusement piers, 2 water parks, jet skiing, parasailing, etc. It is also just a short drive to many well renowned golf courses, Cape May, Stone Harbor, Avalon, Sea Isle and Atlantic City.
