Destin West Villa #507 offers an open floor plan and includes a queen size bedroom, a luxurious bathroom with a deep soaking tub and walkin shower. The living room has balcony access with great views of the Gulf and Bay. Relax after a day at the beach with this sleeper sofa (queen size) and a large flat screen TV's with free Wi-Fi. The kitchen has two burner stove tops with refrigerator, dishwasher, and a convection microwave. Custom-built washer/dryer also included in unit. Small ottoman makes into a twin-size bed, perfect for an extra child.

Destin West Resort is a Walkable Distance to Boardwalk, Fishing Pier, Seafood Restaurants, nearby shopping, and Gulfarium! The Resort offers a year-round heated pool with a waterfall flowing into it PLUS a signature 700 ft Lazy River Lagoon. Gulf-side and Bay-side, hot tubs, a huge 5000 sq. ft. pool, children's pool and play area, picnic area with charcoal grills, a wonderful work out center and walking distance to the famous fishing pier & boardwalk where you can enjoy Gulf Front dinning. Just across the street Adventure Zone, Wild Willy's Arcade & The Track. Bay-side can be accessed by using the catwalk on the West end of the 3rd floor that goes over highway 98 for your safety and convenience. You won’t have to travel far to have a blast with the whole family.

This is an awesome place to stay, we loved everything about it. Comes with complementary admissions to certain activities to do and that saves you up to 50 or more for one admission to the places they have on their list. Also, they have complementary beach chairs every day of your stay, in which is great because that saves you 40 or more a day. The lazy river was amazing. They had pools and hot tubes on every side. They have grills as well. The property is very clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the thousands of butterflies flying through. The beach is absolutely beautiful. The sunset and sunrise is the best. The property we stayed in is very clean cut and cozy. All around it was an amazing stay and I would refer this property to anyone. Thank you so much and we will return!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great & so we're the amenities. We did have an issue with the toilet running every hour. It was communicated with the property management & they responded 24hrs later to send maintenance out. Unfortunately, it was the only day that it did not rain during our stay, so we were on the beach the whole time. We were able to manage by turning the water off each night before bed. Overall, we had a good experience.

Get away

I highly recommend Destin West Villa. It was great. I loved being able to walk to the places that I need to because traffic is so bad. I will definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Beach vacation for spring break.

The villa is close to amenities like the beach, board walk and Gulfarium. We liked that we were able to walk to these. The weather was cooler so having heated pools at both locations was nice so we could still swim. The room had all of the basic amenities as listed. Parking was easy.

Nice but

The property was nice, needs some cosmetic maintenance. The Condo was not ready for our check-in and in fact when we opened the door it had not been cleaned at all. We ended up waiting another 2.5 hours to get in. The Condo inside was as expected but the photo makes it appear that you are next to the beach and not a highway. We could not even sit on the balcony and hold a conversation due to traffic noise, terrible. No music on pools or food/bars. Beach was nice as was the water, pools were clean and well kept. Management company Sugar Sands really hosed it up with the checkin and offerings to make it up, they wanted to give us passes to venues that were closed for the season.... The property was ok, the Condo was not great but would be if you don't mind the traffic noise, avoid anything managed by Sugar Sands.

Everything was great

Until the sugarsand vacation rentals hung up on my husband bc we wanted some form of refund bc the air wouldnt go under 74 i have thyroid issues & we told sugar sands vacation rentals about the air the 2nd day well they came the next day & maintainance man said none of the untits go under 72 & nothing was wrong with it. Ok the next day he comes to clean the coils still wasnt working right then comes our 3rd day & tells us the ac unit is broken & they were going to put us in an upgraded room( whichh i didnt ask for) but we had to bc no air. We tried to tell them something was wrong with the ac but he ignored us & just said its florida no ac unti will go under 72. Thus one was staying on 74 its hot in destin btw! Well we get to our other room which we had to pack everything up & unpack afain when the next day we were scheduled to leave so that shut us out of a day instead of going to our planed place we had wanted to go but we were packing up & unpacking now mind u we had to make sure it was clean as well garbage taken out dishes in dishwasher started so that blew our whole vacation day. We paid over 200 for the room btw. We get to our new room & the bedroom door was licked we told sugar sands they said we dont rent 2 bedroom units like we were lieing or something well waited an hour to get into our bedroom bc i wasnt going to sleep on bunkbeds so the upgraded room did not benifit us only its ac worked & guess what...the thermostat i set to 70 & it stayed 70

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa was fairly comfortable. Everything was very clean but the floor of the shower was iffy. It looks as if it could use an upgrade. The view was fine, but the road noise kept us from enjoying the balcony. Overall, we were satisfied.
