Just 15 minutes from Omaha’s must-see spots like the Henry Doorly Zoo, Children’s Museum, Fun Plex, CHI Health Center, and Charles Schwab Park. We’re closer than West Omaha, so you can skip interstate traffic. Restaurants are nearby, and there’s even a neighborhood park within walking distance.

Our 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is designed for comfort and connection. The open living room flows into a spacious kitchen stocked with the basics—perfect for cooking, sharing meals, and spending time together.

1. No Smoking or Drug Use
Smoking, vaping, and drug use are not permitted anywhere on the property — including indoors, balconies, backyard, or driveways. This applies to cigarettes, e-cigarettes/vapes, marijuana, and all illegal substances. Violation may result in additional cleaning fees.
2. No Parties or Unauthorized Events
Large parties are not allowed. We understand that with space for 15+ guests, gatherings will happen — please keep them respectful and within the house capacity guidelines.
3. Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to approval.
4. Cleanliness & Safety
We work hard to provide a clean and safe space. Please report any cleaning concerns soon after check-in so we can address them promptly. Our team uses standard cleaning products — if you have sensitivities, please let us know before your stay so we can prepare accordingly.
5. Guest Identification
The booking guest must provide a valid government-issued ID.
6. No Shoes Indoors
Please remove shoes at the entrance, especially in carpeted areas. If you wear shoes inside, ensure they are clean.
7. Hair Disposal
Please avoid washing hair down the drains. Dispose of hair in the trash or toilet to prevent plumbing issues.
8. Liability Waiver
By booking, you agree not to hold the host liable for any injuries, accidents, or lost items occurring inside or outside the property during your stay.
