Single Family Custom 5 BR 3.5 BA 5 Decks, Steps to Beach/Boards

Our custom built single-family home is located only eight houses from the beach. You can have your feet in the sand or be enjoying Brown's famous donuts minutes after walking out the front door.

Enter the home through the two-car garage, or the 10' X 22' front porch. A large living area (14' X 22') flows into the dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, complete with beverage refrigerator to keep cold drinks handy. The back deck off the kitchen provides outdoor eating space in addition to the kitchen island or full family dining area.

The second floor has four bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Two bedrooms have Queen beds, one bedroom has a Full bed, and one bedroom has two Twin beds. The Full bedroom and one of the Queen bedrooms have access to a private front deck. One of the two full bathrooms on this floor is designed with the flexibility to be used by everyone, or locked from the hallway to be used only by the Junior Master bedroom.

The third-floor master suite has a King bed, a private front porch and full tile bath. A 12' X 22' sun deck on the back of the 3rd floor is accessible to all via the hallway.

When you return from the beach, there is an outdoor cabana to shower and change, before you fire up the grill for dinner. If you prefer not to cook, dine-in or take-out is available from the Island Grill at the end of the block, and TJ's ice cream is just around the corner. Several other restaurants are also within walking distance. Bernadato's deli and convenience store is at the end of the block. There are many other options for dining in Ocean City, or make the quick trip to Somers Point or Margate for an even wider selection of restaurants. We are close to the Longport Bridge should you choose to make a night of it in Atlantic City.

The Ocean City boardwalk is a great place for a morning bike ride. Breakfast is available at several restaurants along the ride. Tennis courts are located at 6th street, and surfing is permitted at any beach after the lifeguards go off duty each evening, or all day on the designated surfing beach. Fishing excursions, parasailing and jet ski rentals can all be arranged on-island. Arcades and two amusement piers are open with rides to suit all ages.

Lots of boutique shops for browsing are on the boardwalk and line the downtown area on Asbury Avenue from 6th to 14th streets. A weekly farmer's market takes place from 8 -1 at the Tabernacle grounds. There are musical events on the boardwalk Music Pier, celebrations, parades and festivals for almost every interest.
