This property features large open kitchen (modern stainless steel appliances), dining area, and family room with ocean views. Multiple decks for sunning, reading, or just relaxing. The famous Ocean City Boardwalk, downtown shopping, and panoramic views (you can see Atlantic City) make this an ideal vacation proerty. Ground level patio leads directly to beach. No High School Senior Weeks or Prom Weekends.

Layout of these 3 levels is;
-Top Level consists of Kitchen, Dining Area, and Living Area all with ocean views.
-Bedroom 1 with Queen bed, private balcony, and tv
-Full bath

- Level two consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths
- Bedroom 2 (Master Bedroom) with King Size Bed with adjoining full bath, and tv
- Bedroom 3 with Full size bed, and tv
- Bedroom 4 with 2 twin beds (unbunked), and tv

We had a family celebration for my husband’s birthday. This property was beautiful. The sunrise views were amazing. The house had everything we needed. We had plenty of space for eleven people to be together or to have a little quiet time alone. The house is just steps from the beach. Sitting on the deck in the morning was a great way to start each day. Julie is a great host and communicated everything clearly and easily. I recommend this property highly and hope to come back for another vacation.

Beautiful house with a wonderful location!

The property was exactly as advertised with incredible beachfront views of the ocean! It is also a prime location, as we were only a short drive away from restaurants and a grocery store. The owner of the property is a very kind, wonderful communicator and helped make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend this property to any and all types of groups!

This house was perfect for our family getaway. Great location, lots of updates throught, and an amazing view. My only complaint is that the listing doesn’t make it clear that the ground level bedroom/bathroom is completely cut off from the rest of the house.

Great week in OCNJ with the family

Very nice property that is well maintained. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful views of the ocean and beach. There was a door between the rental units that did not lock from our side and which allowed noise through, especially to 1st floor BRs. Overall, a great week in a really nice beach house.

Amazing beach house

We had a wonderful stay. The beach front view and location couldn’t have been more beautiful and convenient. House has all we needed and was quite comfortable. We were two families and had plenty of space to stretch out. Upper deck views in the afternoon can’t be best. Also located on a section of the beach that was never crowded. Just perfect!

Wonderful Property

This property is just amazing. Perfect location, amenities, and overall probably one of the best properties in OCNJ. The owner was very receptive and accommodating. We ran into a few things that are unavoidable but she was able to quickly respond and give us the solution. The sunrise on the beach deck was truly something and worth the price! We will definitely be booking in the future.

Great Views

Views were perfect & house is beautiful. Kitchen is stocked. But the internet did not work well. The balcony was too hot during the day to sit out, they need an umbrella or something so you can enjoy the balcony.

Dear Tracy, Thank you for your review. I did recently purchase WiFi extenders and a new modem. Unfortunately they did not arrive in time to install prior to your stay. Also I have had umbrellas on my deck in the past, but unfortunately my guests don’t always lower them when not in use and they broke. Thank you for being my guest.

The VIEW!!

If I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Just spent a few days with dear old friends and can’t say enough good things about this place. Starting with the ocean front view! The main floor/ open living space/ kitchen has a wall that is all windows and relaxing with friends, taking in that VIEW every day is something I will always remember; just beautiful! Of course everything else was perfect, too. My bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed (including the VIEW!), and there were plenty of bathrooms for my group of ladies. Furniture and decor was all fresh and up to date. We will DEFINITELY gather here again, and I can’t wait!

Beautiful and gorgeous views!

The pictures don't do this place justice! And the ocean views from the kitchen and family room are breathtaking! The rooms are spacious, clean, and plentiful. The one downside is you have to bring your own linens and towels. The kitchen is well stocked! Steps to the beach and tags and beach chairs provided. Also check the door that divides the two halves of the condo because we had the other family staying there walk in on my son . It is a simple interior door which is rather scary and we didn't think to check if it was locked. The door to the first floor front porch didn't lock either. Both were a little unnerving. Other than that we had a wonderful long weekend!!

Memories that will last a lifetime!

To say that our weekend here was a blast would be an understatement! My husband was pleasantly surprised by family and friends to celebrate his 30th birthday and it was unforgettable! The house was clean, spacious and beautiful! The views were everything I hoped they’d be and the access to the beach was extremely convenient. Everyone woke up early to watch the sunrise from the deck (so worth it) and no one wanted to leave when the weekend was over! I’ve had many requests to make a stay at this house a yearly tradition. Luckily, Julie was such an outstanding and communicative host that I would gladly plan another trip!

Great beach house

Perfect location right on the beach. House is extremely well equipped with beach gear—chairs, kids toys, a good carrier to get it all to and from the beautiful beach. Inside, the kitchen has everything you need in a big space.

Great location and great house!

We loved every minute of this place! Kitchen area was great with two dining tables - lots of convenient usable space. We absolutely loved the beverage fridge with the two drawers. A lot of space for 4 families to reside and have space for themselves which is a huge plus in OCNJ! We rented at tail end of summer so we did experience some wear and tear in a few places such as the washoff hose on ground floor leaking badly; no propane for the grill, (spare tank was empty), and the Ice Maker in the main freezer struggling to produce. Additional plus for the additional fridge and freezer in the garage as well as all the great beach gear such as toys for the kids and chairs for the adults! Would definitely rent again!

Perfect October weekend

We came down to stay at Julie’s house As the weather is turning a bit colder and we had a rain day, but the weather didn’t matter- we absolutely loved our stay. Julie’s house was clean and beautiful and we loved being able to hear the ocean waves from the living room. We had plenty of room for 5 kids and 6 adults. Our questions were quickly answered and Julie and her property manager were incredibly helpful and made our stay most enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

Ocean City Gem

We were two families totaling 4 adults and 5 boys ages 10 - 15. We loved the house and location. The owner and property manager were readily available to assist us and were very helpful and responsive. There were plenty of comfortable beds for all of us, the kitchen was well equipped and the views were of the beach, fantastic. Highly recommend.

Great location

We had the best time. Great location to the beach, especially since we had young kids with us and they didn’t have to walk far. The house was great- enough room for us all to be together and enough bathrooms and bedrooms for us. They also had chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys to use. We hope to return again next summer!
